Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesThe rooms are not soundproof. You can really hear the noise from the hallway. Breakfast is okay, not that much of a variety.
It’s very affordable price, including breakfast. Interior design of the room is good. Nice nearby attractions. There is a canal beside the hotel where you can walk around.

United Arab EmiratesThe partition between the shower area and the Toilet was not enough to keep the water from splashing on the floor on the toilet and sink area.. Bath towels were a bit worn down and tattered on the hem. They were clean but just worn down, not fluffy.
Excellent location super convenient. Close to a Metro Station Al Jaddaf. Hotel provides complimentary shuttle to Festival City Mall. Short taxi ride from the airport. Nice and friendly staff, shout out to Julie at Front Desk and Rain at the Breakfast restaurant. Super comfortable bed, perfect cool room temperature. Also loved the ambient sounds you can play on the TV radio. I love that the bathroom had a rain shower head.

GeorgiaThey need to hire more people to the restaurant; in the peak hours there are not enough waiters to clean tables in time, and you need to move dishes yourself if you want to sit; also would be good if they had more European sockets(there's only one per room)or at least adaptors to rent
Friendly personnel, very comfortable bed, cozy rooms, good breakfast, swimming pool and gym on top

IraqThe staff did not clean the room for one day, the shuttle bus did not come for one day, and the elevator was smelly once. The water around the hotel looks nice, but walking around is not as lovely, and the area is not that walkable. The water kettle has a problem and it just burns
The views. The AC cools the room quickly. The staff is friendly. The room size is good. The shower water flow is great. The vibes in the lobby are good. Jameel Arts Centre is a nice spot in the neigbourhood

United Arab EmiratesThe bathroom shower glass partition wasnt enough to creat a barrier between the shower and the toilet area of the bathroom so at least half the are of the sink is wet and puddled. The towels are pretty worn out and tattered, they were clean but looks very old. Not a big deal but the room did not have an ironing board and hair dryer, it's by request from housekeeping. You can keep it in the room as long as you need it.
The location was super convenient, walking distance to a metro station, short taxi ride to the airport, Dubai Festival Centre, Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame, and the City Centre. There is also a complimentary shuttle to Dubai Festival Centre mall. The room was clean, did not smell and had basic ammenities. It was very comfortable, had nice comfortable bed, AC in the room was perfect and had the right temperature. I loved the ambient sounds you can play on the room tv while you sleep, this is such a unique feature of the room that I've never experienced in other hotels in Dubai. Love that the bathroom had a rain shower head. Great swimming pool fascility The staff are very helpful and amazing. Julie is absolutely exeptional Front Desk agent. She accommodated my request for a room on a queit floor that I could be comfortable in. I have trouble sleeping and I really appreciated this after a 12 hour shift at work during the weekend after the weather disruption. Rain from the breakfast restaurant is also worth mentioning for his stellar personality and excellent service. Buffet Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from and the options are different every other day. They served great coffee, a variety of bread and pastries, juices, fruits. There's also options for arabic breakfast.

United Arab EmiratesI was lucky that my neighbors were not noisy at all, but if you a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep at nigh as you could hear everything you could imagine, even the sounds of cars passing the bridge. Also, they need to update the hotel information on Tajj App, as it was mentioned there that you can check out at 4:00 PM, but when I was about to leave they told me that they don't do that anymore.
It's a small and simple hotel, the room was clean. They also provide a free shuttle bus to Dubai Festival City Mall which is helpful. Even the breakfast was very simple but it was quite fulfilling. Staff are friendly but don't expect them to pick up your luggage as it is a 3-star hotel and this service will not be provided.

PhilippinesThe crib given to us was uncomfortable to use due to its discoloration. We wiped using baby wipes just to make sure as my infant will use it. Also I hope you will strictly prohibit smoking or vaping in the lift; I have a strong smell so I can easily smell the cigar in the lift. For the sake of others with baby and elders or health condition.
The property is excellent to its location and food.
