The washrooms were dirty sometimes as a few residents didnt bother to wipe up their mess.

Great place can be recommend to anyone! It right next the metro station and close to Marina and JBR beach. It new, clean, comfortable bads. Hossam, Nirvana and Juliette are the best of the best, nice, friendly and helpful

It is a very nice place . Great value. all things are very new . daily cleaning; right outside DMCC Metro , plus walking distance to JBR beach, food , supermarkets, etc . You can find all the amenities there. It is well organized. You will have your own traies/ lockers for cosmetics, foods…Nirvana & Husaam are very friendly and kind. They helped a lot and attentive to your needs. I got my lost phone back with their help. Highly recommend!!

Hosam and Nirvana are an amazing host. Hosam is very welcoming and helped me to be comfortable during my stay. The location is very well maintained and kept very clean. The view from the balcony is great which overlooks Marina Yacht. Cleanliness: One of the first things I noticed was how immaculate everything was. It's clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean environment, which is always my top concern when choosing a place to stay. The common areas, kitchen, and especially the bathrooms were spotless, creating a comfortable and hygienic space for all guests. Comfort: The hostel goes above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The living spaces are cozy, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. Bunk Beds: The bunk beds deserve a special mention. Far from the rickety frames you might expect, these beds were sturdy, with comfortable mattresses that promised a good night's sleep—and delivered. Each bed was equipped with its own light and charging station, which was a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay.

Very nice place, close to the Metro Dmcc, 5 min walk to Dubai Marina & 15 min walk to Jumeirah beach. Hossam and Nirvana are very friendly, a very good hostess.I arrived late in the night from airport and thanks Hossam one more time for your passion and wellcoming. The peoples they respect eachother. So I recomand any one!

1. Inform guests about extra fee 50 aed for a lower bed before they book or check in. Because for me having an lower bed is very important and I was surprised when knew that when already came in. And the extra fee is not that cheap( 2. Toilet at female room, a bit small and super busy with other guest things like cosmetics, some hair equipment, towels and pijamas. Or notificate other guest to take them after use or put more hangers. When I wanted to wash I had to put my towel onto shower glass wall which was not comfortable at all. And ofc because of all that ladies room looks messy and not so clean) 3. No tissues at the kitchen area.

Hussam and Nirvana are very welcoming, super nice people. Hostel got a very nice common guest area, big balcony. Most of facilities are in.

We had a rest in early February 2024 .A five -plus hostel . It feels like you're in your family, in a big apartment. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Since the sleeping rooms are located on different sides of a large common space, they are very quiet, the Owner stays with the hostel for more time, is incredibly friendly, correct, special thanks for the extremely comfortable mattresses and clean bathrooms.And of course an incredible location!! 10 minutes to the beach through a beautiful view of the Marina and one minute one minute to the subway! I am sure that if there are places for the next trip, I will definitely stay here. Joyful Journey, good luck to your business :)

Unfriendly Staff!! I guess they only choose people to be nice with or even talk to. Depending on your nationality, I guess. And have the audacity to ask you to give them good reviews after. Lol There’s alot more to say but what can you expect in a Hostel with this price? The owner was very nice though.

The bedroom photo is misleading, instead of two people in one room, it was 4 people. With 8 people sharing one bathroom. The bathroom doesn't lock & I was walked in on. Also I was provided with a locker + key, it was empty when I arrived but when I went to use it again on the 3rd day, someone else's things were in the same locker.

The host Hussam is very nice & made the check in process easy. The location is great, just outside of DMCC metro station, super easy to travel around. I wasn't able to check out the pools, but there are 3 available. The place is comfortable, with a large kitchen, dining area, lounge room & balcony. Laundry is also available at $15Dirhams per load.
