Address Dubai Marina has the best staff and hotel management, both Night and Day shifts. It seems that Address hotel has carefully selected their staff that welcome you as if you are entering home. The team at front desk, back desk, car valet, restaurant, room service are all exceptional. Ahmed, Shaima, Midhat, Aysha, Adel, Mohammed, Ayad and of course Jose Nino. Sorry if I forgot someone, but the team is wonderful and I think this is what every hospitality business need. Now the venue cleanness, location, facilities and food are outstanding. Pool, shisha, French bar and more all witin one parameter of the hotel building. The Staff and Hotel Facilities are 7 stars! You guys made our business and family stay feels so special.

Marina Mall had very few of our old favourite stores. Infact none of the ones we specifically chose the hotel for!!

Perfectly positioned right next to Marina Mall but what we really love about this hotel are the staff-Adel ( Egyptian) was utterly charming and could not do enough to help us have a memorable stay.

The variety of provisions at breakfast was amazing and food quality great. Access to the club lounge included a great lunch menu and lovely desserts . The staff were very hospitable .

Nothing a really lovely hotel. Would recommend it for a business or social trip.

The room was upgraded for us as the original room given was 1 bed for 3 adults . The location was great. Some of the items in the room didnt work properly like the hairdryer and a shortage of plugs but other than that very comfortable room.

Room was a bit too chill and had trouble disabling the AC. Music from the pool was too loud and could be heard from the room even on the 11th floor. Night room service menu could be more diverse. Was sometimes hard to find a sunbed available at the pool as people external to the hotel could use them like guests. Was ok for 300€/night but poor value for double or triple that.

The staff was excellent. There was an issue with my late checkout booking and they were extremely supportive and understanding. Great area for walking around and eating. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! I will definitely be coming back

Access to waterfront only through the mall. That made returning by walk to the hotel after closing time of the mall difficult

Great location, amazing rooms, pool, food, staff. Everything was excellent. The hotel is adjacent to Marina mall and Marina promenade is right outside. Will be back for sure.

Sofa bed was not made up, I had to call reception to order bedding. The sitting area of the room was very tight with the bed open.
