Spa and a bigger gym are needed.

As a returning guest who stayed at the property in the past, I was expecting a solid service with typical 5* (formal but distant) courtesy. Turns out I was wrong - we were blown away by incredible hospitality and attention! Amira, Milena, Rahman, Gul, Kamal, and the omnipresent beach manager from Turkey (sorry I forgot your name) - thank you guys for your outstanding service and support! We are definitely coming back again and have only one request from you - don’t lower the quality in any regard!

There was nothing not to like.

The staff were very attentive and courteous. The quality of the food and the range of choice was very high. We had a 2 bedroom suite which we all so enjoyed and its size was much larger than anticipated. The grounds were well kept and tranquil.

The internet could have been faster. We had an issue with the internet in our room but it was resolved.

From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of, although it was a late check-in. Milena, the lady in red, welcomed us with her warm smile and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable on literally a daily basis. Her friendliness and willingness to assist guests with anything we needed made our visit memorable. I can definitely point out that she is always smiling when around guests and is an amazing and inspiring professional who enjoys and is proud of her job. Additionally, Eka from the spa was a true professional and added an extra level of relaxation to the stay. Her expertise and dedication were evident, and I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Furthermore, I cannot forget to mention Lucy, the sunny girl who took care of cleaning our room. Her genuine warmth and dedication to her work shone through in every detail. It was clear that she approached her responsibilities with a passion, leaving our room immaculate each day. Everyone working breakfast was truly professional and exceptional at their jobs and I cannot thank them enough for the enjoyable morning breakfast experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel exceeded all expectations, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Kempinski the Palm to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

Only issue with bring on 1st floor was the road up for less noise and better view. We would have preferred to be higher up in the resort for a better view and less traffic noise. The internet and WhatsApp calls was an issue. Suggest a workaround with VPN app download.

Loved the room, the breakfast and resort. The room serves was awesome. My birthday cake and chocolates made me feel special. Having masaage in the room was a perfect option offer. One of the kitchen staff showed us we need to download VPN to ensure whatapp works for us.

I can confidently say that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of royal treatment. I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

Classic loopy and decorations. Some of the staff (two) of swimming pool were rude when we asked some towels and my kid was swimming.

The view to the palm and sea was amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The receiving when we arrived was also amazing and the guide to the suite was really nice. The beach was nice and not crowded.

The location and cleanliness of the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whatever you’ll ask they’ll make sure to deliver it. It was my wife’s birthday so we had a greeting message from the hotel Manager Mr Hani and was warm welcome. Amira Shawky was an amazing host before arrival to our checkout she was welcoming and accommodated all our requests. Sara made our check-in process very simple and explained all amenities and facilities of the hotel perfectly. Thanks for this amazing experience
