-There was only 2 elevators in the hotel and one of them did not work at all throughout our 5 night stays, the other one took all the load and you would have to wait for more than 10 minutes most of the times for the elevator to reach you. -Very old rooms, old curtains, damaged furnitures and poor toilet flush system. Very weak water stream from the bathroom and dirty bathroom, multiple bugs and cockroaches! -Poor breakfast menu, nothing special and many repeated dishes, not worth the money at all.

-Friendly staff. -Good and nice cleaning service. -Good location very close to Al rigga metro station.

The wifi was bad ....me next room guest always shouting and their voice inside my room ( 🧐) the water pump noise is sooooo high in my room ....the hot water wasn't hot enough...

I had some items stolen out of my suitcase and some medicine stolen from the fridge. They refused to admit this. The breakfast was horrible!

There was crawling insects and cocroaches (i have 3 videos)in the room and the rooms need a lot of restoration there was even a certain operation I needed to do in order to flush the toilets. No tv stations I was above a night club that played loud music all night Room sound proofing is very bad The gym was "under renovation " Nothing was working Breakfast was a disaster

Rooms very old fashined - fortunately clean. To keep 4-stars for this hotel - maybe 30-40years ago. Non smoking rooms - very unpleasant odor in the rooms-mixture of a moldy carpet and a smoky room. The staff changed the first room from the second night, but even in it there was a smell that is not normally felt in 4* hotels. Very outdated bathroom equipment, it was not fully functional. Overall, the impression of a "vacated" hotel.

The gym was closed when I went to the hotel. This should not be the case.

I did not have time for breakfast because I was forced to leave for the airport around 05.00 am . They told me that I was entitled to have breakfast. I did not want to miss the flight to Stockholm. So I took a taxi around 05.00 am to reach the airport.

There are 3 nightclubs in the hotel, which are very noisy, and in the 1st or 2nd floor there is a 24h salon where they smoke a lot, so you'll have a cigarettesmoke in the rooms on that floor. The rooms are very dirty, I found muccus on the walls, table surfaces, the shower/bath tub and floor, and there were hair from previous guests in the bathtub and bathroom. There were fingermarks mirrors and glass. I desinfected the toilet before I used it. The floor and the furniture hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, good people, always smiling, except the owner of the hotel, he didn't say hi when I greeted him. The hotel was close to a great Indian/Pakistani restaurant.
