We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdombecause of the dubai traffic situation,which is,to put it mildly,heavy,it took a bit of time to get to and from the golf courses i was playing at.this is merely a situation of volume of traffic.
i had royal club room which was large,very well equipped and fitted out.all the staff in the royal club section were excellent.the concierge,reception and dining people were simply outstanding.i cannot praise them enough for all their work.

United KingdomOver the years whilst the inside areas of hotel have been upgraded and kept v nice, the outside I felt was not so great. For example, the pool at Royal Club has jacuzzi type bed inbuilt but only half the length of it worked and even then staff had to start it up as buttons in.pool did not work. For at least a week, the nearest toilet near pool inside hotel was in relative darkness due to ? No explanations and on a couple of days there was absolutely no lighting here at all. I reported this as dangerous and health hazard. It was eventually fixed. Round the pool discarded rubbish etc was not always picked up by staff v quickly. Other pools, (one was only opened a week after we arrived due to rains in early April) were at one time luxury with iron beds and lovely cushions and towels - as were all of the pools we visited in the past - but not now. Beds are nothing special.and towels old. It was not always easy to get 2 towels each as staff likely told to reduce use! Garden areas round pools could have been more tidy and manicured as could tiles round pools/some signage etc been fixed up?
We stayed at Royal Club - where we have had holidays on and off for 10 years +. It cost around £300 per night for both of us, which included airport transfers, breakfast (which was v nicely selected buffet but usual problems with food going cold), afternoon tea and a free bar for 2 hours 6-8pm. Room was v large and comfortable and v clean. The small balcony area with ground floor room not so clean and tidy. Reception staff were v helpful and pleasant although things they should have been able to do, they couldn't. We love the Long Yin Chinese restaurant. The staff were lovely and food A1. Other restaurants not so.much. For example we tried buffet at Yalumba one evening and whilst selection was decent, food was largely lukewarm and staff inattentive at the least apart from manager. One waiter spent his time on the floor, on his phone.....Part of the buffet was a cooking station and no staff offered to explain what was available etc. A really poor show. At the Sukothai restaurant we were forced to sit outside as it was freezing inside and would not have been an option in light clothing etc. Outside we witnessed a cockroach running on one table and whilst I accept this is no one's fault, it put me completely off. We also tried the Bebemos tapas restaurant and this was ok if nothing special. I do wonder if the transition from Le Meridien to Marriott has devalued some aspects of the hotel.

United KingdomThe hotel just seems very dated, and old fashioned, when viewed against the latest generation of hotels (especially their competitors in the UAE).
An early check-in was provided (at an additional cost), as the only available Emirates flight landed at 3.30am! The room was large, but felt a little damp. Breakfast options are plentiful, and the staff working within the Royal Club lounge are very professional and accommodating. The gym and swimming pool facilities are excellent at this hotel.

CroatiaQuite long distance from main reception to our wing and a bit confusing corridors, but I got used to it.
We came very early in the morning to hotel. Reception allowed us to wait by the pool and we could check in from 10.00 AM without any charge which is very nice gesture. Rooms are big and cozy, I like very much linen at the bed. Al staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We had lunch and dinner at two different hotel restaurants, great food, great service.

The room was a generous size and the bathroom and toiletries were great. The location was perfect as we needed to be at the airport for a morning flight. Parking onsite was also very easy.
