Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Not a complaint but the room on the 8th floor was a bit far for walking to places and my wife not like lifts but she closed her eyes and we got there. Got spoilt with room 119 last time hahaha
Everything was what we expected having been there a few times. That is why we always stay there.nothing is a problem to the staff they put civility back into civilisation .luv it

We were there the day and night of severe floods . We caught the hotel shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall , there was a severe weather warning and the hotel did not warn us . The result was terrible we were stranded in floods and could not return back to the Le Meridien there was no transport in all Dubai We had to stop the night in the Hilton a 4 mile walk from the Mall. Because we were not warned of the red alert, Where was Le Meridien duty of care in this matter? The cost was £400 for the Hilton plus payment for Le Meridien and a 4 mile walk to safety .

Maybe more ambience at the pool with music.
Beautiful grounds, with beach access close to JBR. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service was exceptional.

Gorgeous pools and access to the beach. Great selections for breakfast and dinner. The location is a bonus as you are walking distance to everything in the Marina.

It was quite loud on Friday afternoon when we around the pool from the sound of barasti. Also I’m not sure the sheets were cotton as I woke up sweaty
We loved the breakfast and they gave us a free upgrade which was nice. Nice comfy sunloungers. We went to the Indian for dinner and it was incredible

The staff is very friendly and responsible. The garden is beautiful, especially green zone with ice and cold napkins without children. Breakfasts are plentiful. The pillows in the room are the best in the world. The gym is well equipped. One of the days my husband forgot his phone in a taxi from the hotel to a mall. The security service returned it the next day. Guys, thank you very much! You are the best detectives!

The room is very small. I have been to other 5 star hotels in Dubai and the room was really tiny for the Dubai standard at this price point. And very generic , it could have been everywhere. However we didn’t come here for the room and we could consider coming back as the garden and the beach is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone , you just need to manage your expectations.

The poolside restaurants were a complete fail: extremely slow service (they forgot about your orders), food not so good and overpriced. Regarding the room as I have requested something special for our anniversary, we got an upgrade but the view was someone's windows in a building which was very disappointing for the price we paid.
The breakfast and dinner options from the buffet are really good! The cleanliness of the room and size was topnotch. The beach is a bit far from the sunbeds but in general it is one of the best options at the Marina.

Enjoyed everything, so no complaints.
Very spacious resort with many beach seats both on grass and on sand. The hotel is family friendly and we definitely want to come back with our extended family. Good location, most attractions are within 10-20 minutes from the hotel.

We ate at the Indian restaurant and the food was amazing but the cost of the wine seemed excessive. The pool area was extremely busy and we struggled to find a sunbed on the day we were at the pool. We also walked around looking for pool towels which we didn't realize were placed on the beds in the morning.
The room was beautiful with a stunning view . The room had everything you could need, hairdryer robes slippers etc. Breakfast had lots of choice and the royal service restaurant was lovely. The staff couldn't do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. I have travelled a lot and this has to be up there with the best hotels I have stayed at.

Rooms a bit small for the quality of hotel but it did not detract from the overall enjoyment.
Nice beach and good quality hotel. Good choice of restaurants with both Le Meridien and sister hotel Grosvenor House to choose from. Minibus transfer between hotels. Great staff. Nirmal kept the room perfectly made up and Shaik, Alton and Reckha and the team kept the drinks flowing in the Lounge. Thank you.
