There is nothing to dislike, It was a value for money package.

This is my third time in a Hostal, The host are very friendly, Funny and ready to help. Best value for money package i have got, woo hoo free fast wifi. Views from hostal is amazing. Very well connected and closest to Tram, beach, Night club, Super market, medical, gym, and swimming pool. And most amazing thing is that, i can cook my own staff and the beds are super comfy and cleanest hostal than any other hostal in JBR, Dubai-Marina. The best place to stay for any travelers, working personals and so on. I made a lots of freinds in this hostal. I will come back again, see you guys. 😍

I informed 2 times that i will arrive at night time - that is was a reason why i choose this exactly hostel , because they have 24 hour’s reception. At the same time when i have arrived at 4 am - there is nobody on reception, nobody responded in phone calls also. Thanks that entrance to the hostel was opened. So after 15 minutes of unsuccessful trying to reach or find reception person I decided to go sleep at the free bad in the room. When i get at the morning i receive complain from the receptionist that i sleeped not on my bad. On my question “how should i know which of bad is mine if you were out of reception and didnt answer on the call” i didnt receive proper answer. I was really disappointed of reception approach in this situation.

I asked them to give me a locker. They said I have to pay extra unlike their other branch in Abu Dhabi but they say everything is safe and I don't really need a key for the locker and I trusted them . The next day I checked out I didn't check all my properties and my earphones case was there but later that day I figured they were taken away from the inside case. I tried to contact them and they were late to response and still no news of what happened and they said they would check it but no one did . It brings me pain to give them such a low point but I had a good experience until the last minute

I didn't really like staying here and only stayed because it was quite low in price. I was in a room with 5 other women. It was a hostel. The bed was not comfortable. Also the lady who used to clean and keep the place tidy was really rude to one of the guests because he wasn't keeping the place tidy. She was really rude to him. I didn't think she needed to do this in front of other guests. She could have told him quietly and politely. It gives a really bad impression to other guests.

There wasn't much I liked about this place apart from the location.

I don't know, where to start. I was hooked by the pictures they got on booking page, but OMG how wrong I was. I booked a women room and it was so crowdy, like bed on bed and almost no place to turn around. OK, I got a bed with a view by the window BUT that's all what was nice with it. The bed was super hard and from the window a wind so I was really cold. Also my curtains can't draw properly and I even didn't have a lamp in my bed and NO locker drawer (like how is this possible?). The one bathroom for like 20 people smell really bed and there was a hardly warm water. I recommend to spend more money than stay here. I left after one night even when I had it prepaid for whole week. I rather lose my money to stay there.

I got a bunked bed without courtine, so no privacy at all. The staff told me I could change to another one with courtine as soon as another one was available but of course never happened. There is only 1 shower for man.... totally out of capacity. No place to work either. I personally won't repeat it

It's a hostel of course the expactions were low, however the worst part was that there were 6 people in the room and during the night there comming in and out, alarms clocks randomly going on and not beeing silenced. In general sleeping was extremly difficult and would not recommend.

Room size are good. Furniture was not good. Bed sheets got a smoke hole, wardrobe was not clean. A side from that, all is well.

tiny rooms, no ventilation at all. It was impossible to even sleep because of the noise. No matter what time it was there were people always yelling in the kitchen. It was not even possible to take a shower because they only have 1 shower for 8/10 people

when I was packing my staff in the morning at 10:30 AM, There was a roommate who wanted me to stop that because of making noise ... she didn't consider that she's came in a hostel not hotel!

It is in a good and comfy area, and near public transportation such as tram. You can access to the metro station by the tram. to come here you can get in tram from Sobha Realty metro station and for returning from here (Lunar Hostel) you can use the tram from near the building and go to DMCC metro station.
