We had a slight issue with the apartment not being what we were expecting as I thought we had the one with the Burj Khalifa view as I don’t think the advert was particularly clear. There are a number in the block. However- Rami bent over backwards to resolve this and we ended up having a few night in that apartment and moving back to the original one. I can’t fault his customer service and it was confusion on both sides.

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and in a good location. The little extra bits like the welcome home sign and how spotlessly clean it was we appreciated.

Would have been helpful to have some very basic things in the kitchen such as a small oil for cooking, dish towel to dry dishes etc… kitchen wasn’t so clean neither were the dishes. Everything else was clean.

It seemed to be just for two people even though we had booked for 3. There was no pillowcase or duvet for the sofa bed but once we messaged the host it was brought to us.

The property had a great location and the host was great with helping out and with anything we needed.

Had a very pleasant stay, this is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the charm of Burj Khalifa lights show and not only. Plus it's really affordable for the view you get. Extremely helpful staff and was able to get an earlier check-in, plus the possibility to leave the bags around after the check-out time as they have 24h reception. Overall the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights in Downtown and close to a good shop for everything you need to feel like home.

Top view, good location, no any disturbing by neighbors or stuff maintenance. Feel like at home! In the building there is a fast food restaurant and groceries, very convenient + careem app for all you need delivered at your door steps! That was all suggested by Mr. Rami, thank you so much!

While booking all i wanted was view of Burj Khalifa. The property met that. Amazing view from balcony and even from the bed. The property is clean and has all amenties to make your stay comfortable, say from laundry detergent to vacuum.

Rami is super helpful, responded to all queries right away. He also gave good advise on how to get to the convention center by avoiding traffic, useful advises on installing mobile apps for taxi and food delivery. Amazing views of Burj Khalifa with the night show.

Absolute top location with a clean view of Burj Khalifa and super close (10 min walk) to Dubai Mall. Apartment was super clean, the pool and fitness gym were top and the host was extremely nice and friendly. Helped with info and all.

The host rami was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a great location near the Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. It also had amenities and grocery stores walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and luxurious and spacious for a small family and it had an amazing view of the Burj khalifa.

The kitchen tools/cutlery is poor for kooking. A breakfast may be done though.

Rami - the host is friendly and helpful; helped us with directions and information about Dubai visiting. The building has shops and a restaurant at G level; it's close by Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

Fantastic location, close to many places of attraction, supermarkets, restaurants and transport links. The apartment was clean, well facilitated and furnished. It was comfortable and perfectly suitable for a family of 4. The WiFi signal was good. Rami was easily contactable and very helpful.
