To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a fantastic experience staying at the MO for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful when communicating with me prior to our arrival and helping me with very last minute requests, such as organising a birthday surprise for my sister who was also staying in the hotel. To our surprise we also got a multitude of wonderful treats to congratulate us on our honeymoon upon our arrival which was extremely kind and much appreciated. Our room had club access and I cannot recommend it enough: the food, the view, the ambience, the service - all amazing! Overall, we loved our stay: the room was incredible, so spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and huge(you can get lost in it). Everything in the room is state of the art and well thought through. Even the bathtubs are spectacularly comfortable. The food is incredible in most outlets of the hotel, although we didn’t love the Netsu, but Tasca is very good. And the pastries shop in the lobby-to die for! All in all - best property we have stayed in in Dubai.
