Mazmi Casa is located at Dubai Creek with view to the Creek and the buzzy come and go of the river taxis. I loved that the b&b is located directly in the Souk and with river views. The design of the room is very tasteful and well selected, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast in the café downstairs abundant and fresh with great coffee. What makes the stay special is the warm, welcoming service of Alveen and the wonderful team in the café. It is a special place and for people who like to immerse into a destination.

Excellent position to feel the atmosphere of old Dubai. Mazmi Casa is situated in the heart of the old town, next to Dubai creek. The atmosphere of the room was great, it is furnished partly in arabic style, the windows look out on the creek. The boat traffic little noisy in evening but it wasn't disturb us. If somebody sensitive about the noise there are earplugs in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. We have got free transfer from the airport and mr. Mazmi helped to organize our transfer to Abu Dhabi too.

Breakfast was nice and filling, tables at the cafe looking at the boats passing by in the creek, staff was super friendly, location is great and perfect for strolling along the creek, inside the old souq, between Al Fahidi heritage district, dubai old village, Al Seef, and Al Shindagha museum, very close to Dubai museum but that is currently closed for restoration, Al Ghubaiba metro station is 12 min walking along the creek. Windows of the room overlook the creek, room is clean and comfy. Being so close to the waterway some noise from the boats can reach your room, they even provided ear plugs in case, but I didn't use them.

We had a 36 hour layover in Dubai and since we had just left a beach resort we made a conscious decision to stay in the old area of Dubai. The Mazmi Casa is an absolute gem, everything was perfect: all of the staff we met were delightful, so helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, beautifully and authentically decorated with wonderful attention to detail, I can vouch that the large bed was very comfy. A thoughtful touch were the earplugs in case the noise from the creek disturbed us – which it didn’t! The location is amazing. Mazmi Casa is right on edge of the creek, there is nothing between you and the river, you can sit relaxing in the café watching the abras crossing backwards and forwards across the creek with nothing to interrupt your view. Breakfast was delicious, and bearing in mind we had been away for 3 weeks by this time, I can honestly say the coffee was the best of our holiday. There are only three rooms so you want a taste of authentic Dubai, book early – you won’t regret it!

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed at. The room is beautiful, cleanliness is 100%! I have never experienced such perfect and courteous service. A heartfelt thank you, especially to Alvin, and of course, to the entire service staff who ensured every minute that we are well and have everything we need. Besides the rooms, there is also the charming Mazmi coffee right by the water, where the food and drinks were simply unbelievably delicious! We are more than just happy and will definitely come back! Thanks a lot for this beautiful family feeling. It was lovely to come 'home' every evening :)

Located within the Bur Dubai souk with amazing views of Dubai Creek, Mazmi Caza is a hidden gem that beautifully combines old world charm and comfort. As we check into our elegant Beteel room, we were warmly greeted by our host Mr Alvin who was always there to look after us and answer our smallest requests. The highlight of our stay at Mazmi Caza was the unique scene at the creek with lots of birds and multiple little boats (abras) going up and down till late at night. Breakfast was a delicious mix of continental and Arabic cuisines that we enjoyed on an open terrace by the water side. We would like to thank Alvin and the restaurant team for their excellent service and genuine hospitality and for making our first night in Dubai a memorable one.

Located in the old Dubai grand souk area, amazing bustle of small boats on the creek, loved the vibrancy. The host and staff are superb, took us to hail the taxi so no stress when heading to the airport, enquired every day our activities and made spot on suggestions. We loved staying there for 3 nights. It’s homely, bottled water supplied, comfy big bed and fun to stay. Breakfast served in the cafe below with magic view of old Dubai life

The location was perfect for us as it is on the river in Old Dubai Area. Breakfast menu has good range with freshly squeezed orange juice. Our host, Alvin went above and beyond, making our stay outstanding. Genuine host.
