Hotel staff Milica and Emily were really great, they helped us with everything we asked them for. We had 24/7 support from them, they are really kind, helpful and ready to help with everything.

The shower handles were loose and fell off. Could not regulate temperature of water. Not enough water supplies to the room.

Nothing it was really good.

Everything very great deal very close to the palm jumeirah. Staff were very attentive they have tesla Chargers which came in handy for our car. Will definitely be returning.

Normal alcohol prices are expensive but it's dubai.

I don’t see it as a big deal. But from my room the coco lounge if I’m right was loud and audible till my room ( I’m in the 18th floor )

Amazing! We went for Elrow and the location was perfect! We were given late checkout until 2pm for free and the food in the restaurant was lovely. Staff are super friendly too. Overall, amazing experience and we will be back soon!

Not many restaurants in walking distance but the hotel has a nice one. The swimming pool and the sundeck was relatively small for such a hotel and people took all the chairs and sunbeds.

Our flight arrived late, and staff made our check-in as seamless as possible - we entered the room to a lovely surprise marking our anniversary. The bed was comfortable & clean - the room slightly on the smaller side but they have a lot of storage which if you use makes it not an issue. The bathroom is fully glass except the toilet - so if you are more reserved this might not be for you. The pool area was slightly shaded, which for time of year this was slightly chilly - if it was later in the year this would be a bonus. Menu at the pool was somewhat limited although the sports bar next door makes up for that. The hotel has a number of restaurants and entertainment. The gym is fairly basic but has everything you need - except they should definitely add yoga mats. Location is good - close to the Marina, JBR and the Palm and there is a lot of small shops, cafes in walking distance. You are very close to the metro and taxis are easy to grab. Overall would 100% recommend.

The room was a bit small but since we stayed only a day and had a nice view it didn’t bother us too much

We had only one night at the MediaOne hotel but really loved the vibe. As we were welcomed by Helena from the reception she gave us a nice room with a amazing view. We also were booked for the clublounge which gave us some free cocktails what was very nice. The breakfast was reallly good and a lot of options. The swimmingpool was on the 8th floor and has an amazing vibe with nice staff. We want to give a special thanks to Rachel and Paul from the Housekeeping team for taking good care of us and always were available
