Nothing, we loved it all.

This property had it all, great food, great facilities, great staff and not a long walk from JBR and many restaurants. The staff were outstanding, they honestly couldn’t do enough for us.

Pool not suitable for laps, even though it's a decent size but the design of it with stairs really made it difficult to keep the swimming pace, as well as it was also not well cleaned.

Room was ok, not too spacious, but very nice design. The location is perfect if one needs to be close both to Marina and Media city.

Absolutely nothing!

Media One Hotel is everything you expects from a hotel - a home away from home! They were very helpful with all our requests and even provided a cake for my wife's birthday! What's best about the hotel is that it has everything and you do not even need to leave the hotel!! It's a great hotel with amazing facilities so stay there when you are next in Dubai!

Everything was good, highly recommended.

Looks like we ended it up in one of the best hotels in Dubai. Once we arrived at the hotel for check-in, the staff was extremely kind to us and we received a room upgrade. We got a very big one with a quite spacious bathroom, including a very nice bathtub, which we immediately used after our long day travelling. I loved the lavanda soap a lot by the way :) The view from the room was breathtaking. We also ordered food from the room service, which arrived very quickly and it was very very delicious. The next day we went to see the swimming pool, a super nice area to be honest, such a pity that we had to leave this hotel so soon!

The swimming pool was under maintenance for the whole stay and I didn’t receive any email about it. I was upset as I made the reservation especially for the beautiful swimming pool I saw on their website. When I was told so at the reception desk on my arrival, I told them I was upset but they didn’t do anything to try and make my stay happier. The hotel is beautiful and the staff (especially housekeeping Manis) is amazing.

The bathroom robs werent new as in the tear and wear was shown And The towels didnt look super clean at first but they changed it

The layout of the bed that is in the center of room and really disturbing.

Breakfast is widely serving menu. They have Fried Rice :) The Internet is very fast and reliable widely in every places like Resto and Home.

Bed is quite hard. Our window was dirty. Coffee making facilities were a nice touch but the milk available is very poor. Room service food was really dreadful and overpriced. Service was almost oppressively nice. Too many people asked us why we were there, where we were going next, how our stay was etc. Also, I said no WhatsApp necessary but kept getting messages even after questions had been answered. It’s too much.

Location is good. Nice restaurants and bars on the property. Convenient for taxis and Careem.

Hotel is wel managed and in a very good location near major landmarks, shopping and beach There is a very nice relax vibe in the hotel . Good rooms and good food with a very large lobby Staff members are very friendly and helpful . There are so many stars among the staff . like Christi from guest relations and PR and Mr Hassan from reception. We visit often Dubai. . I wanted to try the hotel because of a friends tip We will book again !!

There seemed to be lots of noise, maintenance noise, music noise. The water pressure would Come And go in the shower.

The lighting in the room could be a little better and a better view would have been nice

I liked the all you can eat buffet breakfast. They had a huge range and instead of picking cold eggs that’s been left out in a bain Marie, you could order your main meal fresh and then just grab fruit or crossiants and stuff seperate
