To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emirates1. There was no room service for food or beverages 2. The hotel does not provide slippers to the room 3. Extra table water was chargeable at 3 dirhams per small bottle when I could buy the same for 1 dirham each from the shop downstairs. 4. There was only one key card given, I asked for another but they said they give only one. I need to leave 1 key for power in the room for someone in the room while I step out to get something. But since it only one key card If I go out and come back I would have to ring the bell for someone to open the door for me from inside, what if the person is sleeping and I don't want to disturb with the door bell. 5. Upon check out I tried to book a taxi with Carrem app at the reception but I could not because I was disconnected from the wifi as left the room and when I asked for the password for the wifi in the reception I was not given, I had to walk out with my friend to go look for taxi on the roads and streets
1. I was checked in about 1 & half hour before check in time which is 2pm 2. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable 3. Value for money as the room rate was not so high. 4. The location is good as there are many restaurants, grocery shops and other items shops around the hotel area 5. The check in process was fast and swift, there was no delay
