The non acceptance of sending the breakfast to the room as you must eat it in the restaurant, the time of closing the internal cafe which was too early ( closes 1:00 am ) although it was Eid vacation, no heaters in the pool.

The main problem in our room and I'm not sure if this is something in all the rooms or just happen to be in our room is the AC quality , in this time of the season in UAE the temperature is starting to be very high and the AC is always mandatory to be able to feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay and to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately the AC was very bad, the air doesn't get cooled quickly and it takes very long time to start cooling the room and in sometimes it can't get the room cooled at all. Me, my wife and the kids found it very difficult to get some rest and sleep well which was really annoying and made our visit less comfortable, even though everything else was very good, like the pools kids and adult pools, like the GYM, the spa, and the restaurant. Also our last night the AC suddenly happen to not working at all and any of the buttons wasn't working. we didn't understand what happened, I thought it might be something simple but it's only me that I can't figure out so we called the reception to send someone to solve it however they responded that they will send someone but didn't send any until the early morning! even though we called them three times !!! When the technician came it was just that the balcony door was a little bit opened and there is a sensor to make the AC stop when this door opened even if it's slightly opened. The thing is that we didn't open the balcony at all since we have young kids and we were afraid that if we opened the door they might go inside and we are on a very high floor so we didn't open it at all so the thing is that it was a glitch or something so the technician just fully opened the balcony and closed it powerfully again!!!

The hotel was very good The staff was very friendly, they upgraded my room from junior suite to Superior suite. The room was very good and spacious and the view is awesome overlooking Jumeirah village triangle lovely landscape and even can see the monuments of Dubai like Burj Khalifa in the background

The lifeguard at the pool area. A lady guard on the big pool was not accommodating. She discouraged me from swimming. Which is not good.

Rude staff Overpriced, bland breakfast.

The property and its cleanliness is immaculate. The staff wasn’t that friendly. We had some miscommunication and the staff wasn’t pleasant to talk to. We didn’t have any hot water in our room and even after complaining we literally have it for like 10 mins, so took a cold shower. Though the breakfast menu is huge, it was way overpriced and wasn’t that good. We’re breakfast people so hopefully management will look into this comment and make necessary changes/adjustments.

Location. If you don’t have a car, everything is far. But taxi n Uber are plenty. We had car so this wasn’t an issue for us.

Pamphar at the reception is a very nice lady her smile is beautiful and she’s very friendly and helpful. Not all the staff was nice but most of them were nice.

1- The mattress was bad and it cause pain back. 2- We arrived early morning and we asked if we can have the room early. The receptionist promised us to give us the rooms at 11AM. Unfortunately, after long waits, the receptionist has changed and they refused to give the rooms before 1PM!! They should have be clear about this, because I would haven’t stayed all this long time in the lobby laying like homeless. 3- The back-house is very dirty and the cleanness of the room is not that expected from Novotel.

I booked a king size bedroom, however, when I checked in, I was alloted twin bed room and was told that it's "Booking.com" mistake and that Novotel doesn't hold any responsibility.

The cleanliness of the room, we have found human hair on the ground in several places despite the room cleaning every time. Food was not good enough as we don’t get any variety in breakfast.

An advise to whoever will book in this Hotel , the check in as per the hotel policy at 3 pm but unfortunately me and my family have to wait in the lobby for two hours till they make us check in . Also most people were waiting for hours and they told me that the manager will meet me after i compline but no one came . Overall hotel rooms good with good room service . Location is far and take you around 25-30 min to reach Burj Khalifa
