I had an absolutely perfect stay at One and Only Zabeel! Having lived in Dubai for over 10 years and experienced the finest hotels like Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, I can confidently say that this was a truly unique and exceptional experience. The attention to detail at One and Only is unparalleled – they anticipate and cater to every need seamlessly. The rooms are perfectly designed, and the array of Michelin-starred restaurants is a culinary delight. I can't wait to return very soon!

I have a few constructive feedback points about the fairly new hotel, but no complaints. The elevators are confusing and take time. Having an old-school liftman would make sense in this property. We wanted to stay at the 25th floor pool, but it was fully booked. However, the Garden deck pool was way more lush and relaxing, so we didn't regret it, although some guests may be disappointed. The Chromecast in the room was not connecting. In the swim-in pool bar, there are no printed menus, so if you don't have your phone to scan the QR code, the bartender needs to show you the menu on his phone. I think the Family Garden pool could have slightly louder music to enhance the ambiance and also prevent traffic noise. When leaving around 7 PM, I wanted to get take-away from Aliana (pastry cafe on the 25th floor). There were two female employees visibly in a bad mood, having some altercations. It took 20 minutes to get one tea and 2 pastries. I think they were either on their first shift, or they were not exactly excited to work in the hospitality sector. But that does happen from time to time everywhere. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to Dumi & Abdelhaq. If you book the higher category of rooms, you receive personalized service and can contact them via WhatsApp for any stay-related inquiries. The rooms are superb, with state-of-the-art facilities. They feature spacious bathtubs, Montroi amenities, and very comfortable beds. For our kid, there was a mini bathrobe, flip flops, bathroom amenities, and his favorite, a "make your own cookie" set as a welcome amenity. We opted for breakfast at the 53rd-floor club, which offered great quality with a smaller yet sufficient buffet selection, as well as an à la carte offer. We were also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary Bubbly & Bloody Mary. For dining, we tried Arrazzuna (Turkish restaurant) and Andaliman (Indonesian), both of which offered fantastic service, food quality, and ambiance. A key highlight for us as a family was the Kids' club! Our child was so engaged that we hardly saw him all day; he didn't want to leave thanks to the great program offered by the animators. In the meantime, we enjoyed relaxing time at the Garden pool, which, in my opinion, is way better than the one on the 25th floor. It is appointed in a beautiful lush tropical garden, and comfortable sunbeds, with complimentary quality sunscreens available. Lastly, we tried the La Prairie SPA, a beautifully appointed, ultra-modern medical wellness facility. The massage beds were extremely comfortable and heated, the rooms spacious (we had a couple's treatment room), and the therapists were knowledgeable and kind. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the very family-friendly facilities and are looking forward to coming back for longer stay!

Exceptional place , i was really impressed by the quality and service that they had in this hotel , i was welcomed from my car door and guided until my room , had all my check in done while i was enjoying the complimentary drinks in the lobby and enjoying the view from there , approximately took me 3 minutes in the lobby and went to the room , the surprise was the room itself how amazing it was , the bed was facing the floor to ceiling glass with an amazing view of dubai , special thanks to JUAN who showed us the room and explained for us all the modern options in the room, the toilet was something we never saw in dubai which had a heated seats all the time , for the value of what we paid we got alot of great hospitality , we had 2 chocolate cakes and a big fruit plate as a welcoming gift once we checked in , we never saw any product that is available in any room in dubai , the toothbrush kit , shampoo and soap and shower gel was all from top quality and high end products, the wardrobe was fully equipped with everything we could use, the robes were 2 different sets , one was for the shower and one was for the spa , the slippers were available for all sizes , not cotton but real slippers like crocks , they had a special tote bags for shoes , another big one for the swimming pool personal stuff, beach hat , sun hat , this place wont give you a chance to ask for anything extra . Everything was there Ive been in almost every swimming pool in dubai , nothing is close to this one , the view and the vibes are more than amazing, the moment i got out of the lift i was greeted with a huge smile and the hostess was so nice and welcoming, the people in the pool were very friendly and guided me to my sun bed and prepared it for me with everything, 2 big towels and 2 cold evian sparkling water and an ice cold evian face spray (ALL FOR FREE) This place is nothing to be compared with, a benchmark for all hotels , for sure i will stay longer next time

Everything at this hotel was spectacular.......the restaurant options, the quality of dining, the luxury of the room, the Champagne breakfast. It exceeded all expectations. There's nothing that they haven't thought of in the bedrooms. The Executive Lounge was pure luxury. The staff are beyond well trained. I've stayed in most luxury hotels in Dubai and this has now become by far my favourite. It felt like a proper vacation. I came back so refreshed and rested. There's no need to leave the hotel after you check in. We will 100% return at the first available opportunity. Go treat yourself.....you won't regret it.

Sun bed allocation at the swimming pool is very poorly managed. Beds with towels on them yet no one on them. This absolutely needs to be addressed. Beds should be on a first come basis. Depending on which staff member you speak with determines if you get a bed at all !!

The lifts to the suites were not straightforward. We got used to them after a while.
