Everything at this hotel was spectacular.......the restaurant options, the quality of dining, the luxury of the room, the Champagne breakfast. It exceeded all expectations. There's nothing that they haven't thought of in the bedrooms. The Executive Lounge was pure luxury. The staff are beyond well trained. I've stayed in most luxury hotels in Dubai and this has now become by far my favourite. It felt like a proper vacation. I came back so refreshed and rested. There's no need to leave the hotel after you check in. We will 100% return at the first available opportunity. Go treat yourself.....you won't regret it.

Sun bed allocation at the swimming pool is very poorly managed. Beds with towels on them yet no one on them. This absolutely needs to be addressed. Beds should be on a first come basis. Depending on which staff member you speak with determines if you get a bed at all !!

The lifts to the suites were not straightforward. We got used to them after a while.

The restaurants, Rooms and hospitality were faultless. We were treated like royalty. Everyday they would leave a small gift in our room.

Receiving a taxi was difficult, maybe this improves once the new location is implemented.

You need to take 3 elevator to reach your room which is something I didn't like it. Most of the area dark specially near the restaurants

Waste on Money ! Avoid staying here and spend this money anywhere with REAL 5 star hotel . We will need to use 2-3 elevators to reach your destination in the hotel . The TV system doesn’t have any direct internet connection . The bowler was leaking and in-room dining was so slow so we need to keep the food in our room for almost one hour waiting the food to be cleared. The worst thing was when I found out that the pool closed due to special event. They only left a notice in the room ( they really need to work on the communication with the guests by notifying by email while booking) . So one of the main things I was looking to use was the pool with the amazing view and that’s why I eliminated other hotels ! Moreover, next day I went to the pool and it was fully booked since 11:00 AM 😂. No one advice that reservation is required ( note : I was planning to use the pool for 30 min before the check and the host wasn’t able to offer one for that period) . Very disappointed .

A worker opened the door on us at 2 am stating that the reception wanted to check on the food and beverages. They also did not complete the occasion that i specifically told them to and it was very disappointing.

service was too delay loundray given at 5 am and ask it at 10 am order confirm , calling at 11:45 5 times the front desk asking for my clothes every one of them answer that we will follow up , went down to finish checking out also asking the manager for the same matter she promise me within 5 min it will be in my car, again delayed for 20 min i had to catch the pray at the mousque and come again to the hotel to pick up my cloth from them
