There wasn't anything we didn't like but suggestions to make it even better would be to include a sunrise boat tour for the customers to wake up to.

The experience was great. We were greeted with a valet driver to transport us to the boat, we were upgraded to a bigger and better room on arrival by the friendly staff and the delivery service and the quality of the food met our expectations too. The sunset tour and entertainment were also a highlight. The location was just a short walk from the nightlife of the marina and we were able to use the same walkways to run/walk in the morning. I would highly recommend this trip as it was something different than a standard stay in a hotel room and great value for money.

Check in time was 2pm and since I had lunch already, we asked if we could take the lunch on the next day instead but they refused. I understand it’s maybe the rules there but it really doesn’t make any difference if I take the lunch 1 day after. I find it disappointing to refuse a client a lunch when we paid for it.

The cruise was okay but it would be nice if the guests could witness the sunset. The cruise was good... Good vibes due to the music but by the time it was sunset.... The yacht is already parked again on its usual spot.

The rooms are amazing, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Samir the manager was very accommodating, Apita showed me around the property, Farida is very friendly. All the staff are very respectful. The property is amazing. The meals are good. It is near JBR Beach and lots of restaurants and shops around the vicinity.

The room we received the carpet was dirty next to the bed, it has not been cleaned.

My booking was made from the beginning for 3 people and there were just 2 beds prepared (they prepared the third bed immediately). The payment was made one month before our stay what seemed not clean and was stressful for me, but finally they found everything.

It's a very nice object in Dubai Marina. It is clean, design is very nice, communication was also perfect, they call , reply, give all the needed information. The breakfast and lunch/dinner were included and very tasty.

This was an exceptional experience. The rooms are modern and offer some surprising solutions for guests. Fantastic lighting in the room and bathroom, all toiletries provided, small balcony, and automatic curtains. Coffee and tea making in the room, small fridge. The room is top class, the bed and pillows are luxe, the carpet smells brand new and is super soft. You open your room with your fingerprint! I can highly recommend this yacht stay. The staff is welcoming and caring. We had a full board option with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. It is served in a nearby restaurant and the food is delicious. Additionally, you have a short cruise with music and snacks included. The yacht has a luxury vibe and the staff make you feel special. I was delighted plus it was great value for money! I will definitely come back soon!

We experienced a small hiccup on arrival, but the staff bent over backwards to make up for it and definitely did so - beyond expectations.

Super fun concept, sparkling clean rooms, and wonderful staff - Overall an exceptional value. Loved the evening out on the water. The food on the menu was decent… we only had it one night as the other night was a dinner cruise. I can say the regular menu is extensive with all types of cuisine; for a family, this is really a great value and there are plenty of options to try. The dinner cruise on the other boat was outstanding. Amazing food and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Some issues we had to deal with include the arrival. We got there in our car and we had to call the hotel to get directions for the parking location and we needed someone to meet us to take the luggage. The parking is at ramada hotel which is a bit far especially if it is hot outside. I learned to use the scooter to get the car and pass by the nearest location to get my family. A bit complicated. The meals are all included, the quantities and variety are more than enough but the quality is not there. It is like fast food with Asian flavours. But i think everybody can find at least one thing to eat. The rooms are new but have minor issues such as noise hot water at times and air-conditioning but nothing major. The outer gate needs someone at the inside to open, sometimes it takes few moments for someone to get to that.

I liked the whole experience. It is a boat/hotel. There is plenty of small issues, but it does not affect the fact that you'll have a good time. The location is superb, walking distance from JBR beach and new area Bluewaters, which include Dubai Eye. The view from the room and from the deck is just amazing, lively, and different. You feel like you are in contact with your surroundings, especially if the weather is great as it was on our trip in April. The hotel sails from 4:30 till 6:30 in the evening with great view and nice refreshments, all included. The whole area is nice in the morning and evening and you can rent an electric bike or scooter to move around. The restaurant is on Land 50m away from the hotel, the good thing is you can order to the room or deck. The staff tries to do their best.

The Dutch Oriental super yacht Orchid is a one in a million accommodation experience truly unique and worth the investment (money, time, and effort). I've stayed in the Royal suite which is the largest they have, and here is what I really loved about my stay: * Amazing over water marina view balcony and windows * Very spacious and roomy * live entertainment daily during the afternoon cruise * Very fancy style and decoration (feels Royal) * ⁠Competitive pricing and offers * Location is very convenient and centered near everything especially if you are like me (a cyclist) Careem E-bike rack is walking distance * Free parking arrangement * ⁠Super Comfy bed which is essential during travel * Last but not least the Orchid family and staff are the best thing about this experience, be assured that they will attend to every need or want you have BTW, I've seen all rooms and they are very similar just smaller sizes. Note: the hotel is docked and it cruises once daily for two hours between 4:30pm and 6pm.

the location was perfect and really peaceful with an amazing view, the staff were really helpful. this yacht provides 3 meals per day and all the meals were worth it. in the evenings the yacht goes into the ocean for a nice sunset view and you receive free complimentary snacks. lot of entertainment, I would 100% recommend this place.
