The service was generally good. However, some staff members seemed to wait for guests to greet them first. They could be a bit more warm and hospitable.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo Versace Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its luxury and elegance. The room was beautifully decorated with signature Versace elements, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom was a highlight. The service was impeccable. Katarina made check-in seamless, while Manisha ensured a smooth check-out. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Doreen, for their excellent service. Room service staff was also good I didint get his name. Vanitas restaurant was a culinary delight, thanks to Samet Chef. The breakfast buffet and all meals were exceptional. Spa facilities amazing! Amazing team of individuals. Grateful to the lady from Japan who checked us in and was very patient and helpful. Her name started with Y. We had wonderful service from Nora and Arkan at Breakfast. Thanks also to Bethany at Concierge and Juliet's in the spa. Incredible dinner and service at Enigma restaurant thanks to Jasmine, Mahomed, and Vijay.

The transportation should be available during rush hours compared to other hotels. each time i want to go out i need to wait at least for 10 minutes waiting for the taxi.

The rooms were very excellent and up to my expectation; it includes nice view to the sea with balcony for each room. The security there is super and i liked the surrounding areas for the hotel like the swimming pool and water activities.

Just two comments in regards to the room that was assigned to me which smells like smoking room and this was fixed and change as soon as i informed them and they upgraded me to better options however, the receptionist informed me that there is a different in price that will be waved, I thought that he should not inform me this since I didn’t ask for the upgrade
