Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pool although amazing not big enough for the size of the property, rude guests around the pool area. Towels in the rooms were a bit tired and need to be better quality.
Location within the City central location for what we wanted. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast amazing. Team led by Michelle were superb, Glaze was fantastic.

Everything is great.
The hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The view was amazing, everything was super comfortable. Thanks so much for the staff. The cleaning was great. Room service too. We enjoyed everything. We will be back for sure.

Nothing much around but it still remains a good spot to explore downtown. Just 5mn drive from Dubai mall

Rooms with gorgeous views to Kuwait downtown. The swimming pool is exceptional, it’s the best part of the hotel, has a heated small pool too. Clean and luxurious rooms. Very good breakfast, all kind of food served. Taxi available in the main entrance almost everytime.

The service was amazing we were very much looked after. It was above standards. The room was clean ans had an amazing view. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing and we will be coming here again as i have nothing bad to say about this hotel

The service was excellent and facilities were great. The rooftop sky pool was great and has a spectacular view of the city skyline. It's in a very accessible central location as well. A short 5-6 min ride to dubai mall and around 15/20 mins depending on traffic to other parts of Dubai as well. The highlight of the stay was the staff at the hotel special mentions to Aya, Aaron and Hayat who took the time and effort to get to know us as guests. The warmth, attention to detail and authenticity sets this experience apart from other hotels which already have great customer service. Great place especially if you are staying for a few days.

Location is poor. Just around the highway, noisy and dusty area in the middle of the construction zone. No way you can walk to any other point of interest.
Breakfast is great, staff is really helpful, facilities are good. Room was large and comfy

Needs a bit of an upgrade of furniture in the room.

I was in communication with the hotel via messages on booking prior to our arrival. However, there was quite a delay in receiving responses (we are talking days), so I decided to reach out via email as our arrival day was approaching. I received a response quite fast via email and a few hours later received a response to my question here on booking as well. The problem was that the answers to the same question were different. The same issue happened at the hotel. We asked at the reception about taxis and were told they would call us one on the ground floor. Once we asked on the ground floor, a lady (unfortunately don't remember her name) had an attitude about how this hotel does not have a service for calling a taxi and whatnot. Now, the misalignment on communication could be forgiven - but the attitude of this lady is unforgivable.
The location of this hotel is amazing. Short walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. We really liked our room: it was clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and the food was so good! The staff overall was very nice and helpful, except for one exception.

we needed to wait a long time for the hot water in the shower. The pool temperature not cold enough. there isn’t enough place in the pool at the sun.

Everything it s just perfect in this hotel ! Nice view, staff very helpful . Very clean and big room. Near burj khalifa and dubai mall. Option for late check-out . some write about the noise, but it is very quiet and the rooms are very well soundproofed. I really highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel! The location was stunning due to the closeness to so many attractions and activities and the view of Burj Khalifa from the pool and the room. The hotel was creatively decorated and super clean. Amazing restaurants, drinks and floating breakfast options in the pool. The highlight of the hotel was the staff and how professional, helpful and friendly they were.
