Great location, excellent support. We only had one night in Dubai, but the apartment was restful and situated near to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Thank you to our host for an enjoyable stay.

Location is amazing, supermarket so close by. Walking to the Dubai mall under 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants around too many to choose.The fountain show can be seen from the balcony, nice to relax after the day out.

Perfect location! Close to Dubai Mall and Burj and with plenty of restaurant options close by. The apartment itself was excellent, very well equipped and had everything we needed. The view to the fountain was pretty great too!

Check in process could have been more flexible. Passport picture was required via whatsup for checking in to the property. No other ways of doing so was given. Hoping this to improve for security reasons. Other ways appartment was great and staff nice!

Amazing view of city. Property very comfortable with everything you could need for a short stay. Good small supermarket just around corner. Easy level stroll to The Mall. Host Joy was very helpful and efficient.

The bathroom was dated and there were no proper power sockets for a hair-dryer in the bathroom (or an alternative location with socket beside a mirror anywhere else). The kitchen had only very basic 'equipment' - ok to make a snack but not to cook properly. Sofa was worn out so that the lack of firmness and support reduced the seating comfort. But the location made up for these things.

Location is great, Downtown Dubai, in walking distance to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Opera. Good sized, fairly modern apartment for 2 people with operational kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable king-sized bed and friendly apartment coordinator who made it possible to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Gym and pool available though not used during our stay. A small supermarket is 5 min away on foot. It was possible to view most of the fountain from the balcony.

From check in to departure everything went very smoothly. The apartment was clean and maintained to a very high standard, everything that you would need was provided a real home away from home. Five minutes walk to the Opera House and Fountains, ten minutes to Dubai Mall and a Spinnys supermarket close by. The apartment radiated luxury and comfort, making our time there special. The facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed at our fingertips. We were particularly impressed by the prime location; just a short walk(10-15 mins) to Dubai Mall and the iconic Burj Khalifa. The day and night views of the fountain and the city from the apartment were breathtaking, offering a delightful treat for our senses. A special shout-out to Ethel, our handler, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference. Additionally, we availed the babysitting service, and it was fantastic. Our kids felt so comfortable and at ease, which made our trip all the more relaxing. The cherry on top of our memorable stay was the delightful birthday cake and arrangements made for us. It was a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly warmed our hearts. This apartment is a gem in the heart of Dubai, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city.

Joy was an amazing hostess. Waited around for us when we had trouble with taxis and getting there. The apartment was amazing. Beautiful views, perfect space and so clean with beautiful decor. The bed was super comfortable, which after a marathon flight and then getting lost in the Dubai heat was so welcoming. The location is perfect for the mall and the Burj Khalifa. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you Joy 😊

From the moment Joy passed me the keys, I fell in love with the apartment. It was move-in ready! The kitchen was fully prepped. There were plenty of extra towels, detergent for laundry… all the amenities a traveler/tourist could ever need. The view was absolutely amazing! I’ve had various stays in 50 countries, and this ranks in the top 3! Thanks again, Joy, for staying up so late to receive me and make sure that I had everything I needed.

Not sure if it's because of the neighbors or it's from previous customers, I kinda smell some smoke in the apartment.

The view of the balcony was fantastic and the apartment was very homey and comfy. The location was the best - 15 mins walk to Burj khalifa and the fountain. Also, the host (Joy) was very nice and patient - she came to pick me up when I got lost. 😂
