Tremendous noise at night from the living room, 1 time we did not get breakfast, very frequent mess in the bathroom.

the team, all the amenities of the apartment, the cleanliness, the common area, the view of jbr beach, the breakfast! everything is available to make you feel at home. I was supposed stay a few days and I finally stayed 3 weeks! Thanks to the whole team and to the guests!

Even though there are three bathrooms, you should know they might be all full at the same time if the accommodation is booked. Therefore, plan your days accordingly if you're on a tight schedule. And do not expect hotel like cleanliness.

The location is great. It's literally a two minute walk to JBR beach, and there are lots of restaurants on both The Walk and on the beach. It has the view of Ain Dubai and you can really enjoy sunrise and sunset from the balcony. It's very close to the train station which makes it super easy to get around. The staff are very friendly. There's free parking available which was one of concerns before travelling to Dubai.

I absolutely loved the few days I spent here. By the end, I really wished I could have extended my stay! Everyone there (including the owners, the staff and the guests) was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming and it really made my stay that much better. Junior and Niky (the staff) really put their best efforts into making this place as friendly, lively, clean and top notch as they can and I truly appreciate them! On top of this, you really do get a wonderful view, close proximity and a nice walk to the beach, and a wholesome breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and you even get your own little safe/strongbox. I am 100% satisfied and happy with my stay!

Great location and views, friendly people. This is a great option for travellers on a budget. Only a few minutes from the tram so you can get around easily.

It is a hostel for long term international workers, not travellers. They were up partying all night and essentially took over the room, bathroom and kitchen. Facilities could have been cleaner

There was loud music until 2 AM (rules stated on a document in dorm room: quiet hours start at 1 AM). We saw someone's underwear in the bathroom, their personal items and this didn't feel clean.

We liked Nicky, he was responsible for the housekeeping (he was friendly & helpful). There were clean bedsheets, pillowcases (charging plug & safe) inside the wall of the bed.
