The rooms were amazing and comfortable, Buffets were 10/10 The staff was one of the best in have seen who were always there to help Especially Ajit During the flooding of the city he was so great to get taxis for all the guests Will definitely stay again here next time !

The mattress was not comfortable, I left the place with lower back pain, my wife as well

Staff was always there to support when we needed anything done, staff was also always ready to ask about our well being and if we needed anything, in short very caring and attentive, we enjoyed the lounge access , the happy hour food options and the 50% dinning.

In the bathroom all the water was on the floor, my advice is to improve the bathroom :)

No side protection panel for the bath shower, which leads to water splashing out. A minor design mistake. No complaints, just a note for improvement.

Got a free upgrade to one of their best executive rooms with the best view possible! So thank you for that. Very upbeat helpful and professional front desk, had an early check in, although the hotel was full and busy. Rooms are so stylish and neat with very comfortable bed. Great service. Facilities are good with beautiful terraces inviting for an evening drink. Loved the food and the beverages.

Location. You need a taxi everywhere and can’t really walk much around just the way the road layout is. In order to walk to burj khalifa should only take about 15/20 mins but it is just impossible from the layout of the road and you have to take either a taxi or the shuttle provided by the hotel which is not that frequent

Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are 10minutes walking from the hotel. Staff was great, free shuttle is also great. Rooms and pool are clean and you have everyhing you need.

The breakfast is probably the worst I've had in Dubai - limited options and the food was not great. It can get quite crowded at checkin and checkout so I would recommend travelers to account for the time wasted waiting to get the key or hand it over.

The location is a 30 min walk from Downtown Dubai. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.

I liked the location, it was a 15 -20 min walk to the burj khalifa. It was a walk aside a long highway-street.

Maybe the noise from the construction in front of our windows was a little bit annoying but I believe that the construction there is temporary and it will be finished in a short time.

The hotel was awesome. All including service, breakfast, people, and facilities were at the top-end level from my point of view. We lived there with my family for three days and all our questions and requests (including additional bed - free of charge, lunch boxes because of the need to go to the airport at night, and a super comfortable Valet team who helped us a lot with solving parking tasks instead of us) were solved at the best level.

During our stay the weather was very nice and we didn't need the A/C, however it kept giving a small cool breeze even when it was off. We didn't bother to complain as it felt good, but our kids were uneasy during the night.

We were a family with two kids, with all the noise and mess. We received a lot of help and understanding from the hotel, round the clock, in a way that our kids didn't want to go back home! The furniture was in an excellent state, the housekeeping was very precise, and never missed a spot. The services were always fast and caring. We received a five-star service at an unbelievably low price.

The hotel isn’t very close to public transport, so you have to plan a car rental.
