It’s busy on week-end which is understood since it’s the location for amusement park. But week days the hotel is perfectly quiet, decent clean, cheerful lovely decor, convenient eating choices etc… Aimira receptionist and front desk supervisor on morning shift with her May 15 2024 have been quiet efficient in accommodating my request with dates change and everything that was related to my swift departure. Thank you!

A separate kids pool area could be useful for younger children to keep busy. In-room dining quality could be improved. There were no English kids channels on TV.

Breakfast ambience was very western, there was a great focus on sustainability in all areas/ services of the hotel.

The size of the rooms... The rooms are small. And no additional bed for 5 year old child. The prices in the shop are quite high.

Breakfast is quite good. The cook is super and you can order any omlette you want :) The supermarket is good idea. The pool is good and the cleanliness is five

My IRD experience was below average. This is an area of improvement. As a Cluster DOHR I could clearly say training is needed. On day one, I ordered for a beef burger and the soup of the day, the lady who sounded African told me it's the Tomato & Basil soup so I ordered it. When it arrived, it tasted like ginger which I am allergic to and the colour looked different. Anyways, I thought it was just terribly made. So I called back and spoke to another order taker who was from Myanmar. She apologized and told me that I think her colleague made a mistake, the soup of the day was a ginger carrot soup. She asked me if she could change it. I asked her if she means she will bring a tomato basil soup? She said no, she will send a fresh ginger carrot soup. I told her I cannot have ginger. She mentioned there is a tomato soup in the kids menu. I assumed it will be a free replacement. But she said it has to be paid for. Anyways, I didn't want to continue the conversation so I ordered a chicken burger which wasn't cooked well, it was breaded and just peeled off. The beef burger was fantastic but there was no coleslaw like what was written in the menu / shown in the picture. Anyways, it tasted good so It didn't matter. I was not offered any refund for the soup so I didn't ask for it specifically.

It was 16 April 2024, the day of the storm when i decided to book at the Rove as both of my hotels Radisson Blu Media City & Park Inn Motor City were fully booked and I couldn't return home to Oud Metha. Pleasantly surprised to see the Hotel Manager Stephanie welcome me over a side wall, that's leading by example. And she did the same for many guests, I watched out of my window & can confirm this. The stay was fantastic, Amr the Duty Manager extended my stay, thanks to him. Housekeeping staff were very friendly & courteous. Overall a fantastic hotel, great sustainability initiatives & I highly recommend it.

Some umbrellas at the pool need cleaning especially after raining season

Very clean Very nice staff especially the reception crew named BHO Helpful staff always responding to all what needed to be Tennis balls and soccer ball they were applying when needed Very good idea that kids area available 24/7 Gym has a very good view to the pool The hotel safes environment through shifting to wood instead of plastic Allowed me late check out which was needed for a specific reason They are very generous and showed very good hospitality
