It was very clean hotel and friendly staff. Reception team was great , especially Munir who made our stay more special with the upgraded room for our anniversary. Definitely would recommend this lovely hotel.

We knew in advance that due to location the distance to the city would be 30 to 45 minutes drives - you need to remember that when you are booking -however in return you have a quite location with a beautiful beach.

Very friendly and helpful staff - especially the Concierge service was over the top engaged in supporting us to find our driver (outstanding service), delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, Saturday's DJ afternoon was unexpected nice, roof top terrace, house keeping service was very good every single time, we requested an early check in that as usual in hotels could not be guaranteed - however we were able to check in at 10:30 hrs (Thanks once again)

The location is not ideal unless you don't want to go out much. The shuttle bus was useful but only goes to a few malls. We were getting the shuttle to the mall then using the metro, but this was a bit of a pain. As the hotel is so far down the palm, taxis take a long time and they are really expensive.

The hotel facilities are lovely and the staff were exceptional! The room was amazing. We were really impressed with the breakfast too. We liked the shuttle bus service.

We enjoyed 3 days of our honeymoon there we had multiple delays in our flight to dubai they accepted to change the reservation dates although it was non refundable and cant be changed (they saved our honeymoon 🥹).. a very clean hotel with spectacular view and amazing private beach ,very friendly staff smiling and welcoming all the time they surprised us with cake and a happy honeymoon note cant be more thankful 🥹

I thought the music by the pool was more akin to a young persons hotel on magaluf than Dubai due to it's loudness. The sunbeds were all gone, as in people putting towels down and never on them. Very frustrating

Thought the staff and facilities were good, not truly 4star but good. Food was of a good standard but not great. However my wife being coeliac was well looked after.

It is located at almost the end of the Palm Jumeirah which adds a good 15 minutes drive to anywhere.

The hotel has a nice beach access and view. Breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of varieties The rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming

- the staff were kind and friendly from the velate until the reception lady, the were professional. - the swimming pool is amazing with the best lifeguards. - I didn't eat in the hotel, but I ordered from the room service, the French fries came hot and tasty.
