As we shared kitchen, it is a but smelly if others are cooking smelly dishes (which happened once), but we could open window in room and soon the smell was gone. A bit of noise from the street. You need to communicate with host via Whatsapp chat (but he was friendly when we met him, and in the reception of the building they could call him)

The bathroom is quite run down it's not dirty but it's very outdated mold etc. I had the room with shared bathroom. It wasn't my plan to be in the room at all except for when sleeping so I didn't plan on using the bathroom or kitchen too much. I did have a shower quickly and the water pressure etc was very good.

The location is amazing so close to dubai marina and the marina mall. Nice cafe straight underneath. Despite being in such a busy area it isn't noisy at all. The room was nice clean comfortable and cosy bed. Kitchen was clean and well equipped.Value for money was really good because of the location. Very friendly staff a great place to stay if you intend on exploring this area of Dubai.

Due to these are share room apartments. washroom in the apartment was not clean. They don't provide apartment access card for building lifts. So you have to face receptionist and answer same questions each time when you enter building and get to lifts.

We found this property as per our Expectations. Locations and Comfort. Every thing was good. You have amazing views of Dubai Marina, when you get to the Balcony. Rooms also have City view Windows.

metioning in the BOoking that you have "DOUBLE ROOM" instead of DOuble bed, its so upsetting, you dont have a privacy in the apartment, they should remove this to the booking, they should put 2 bed in Single room instead. if you already paid you cant do anything about it... if you want refund the payment, you will have 1 day penalty which is like an scam.

AVOID! Unprofessional behaviour from the staff, she cancelled on us upon the arrival without thinking to inform us in advance, we arrived at 10pm in a new city without any new alternative to stay, she was not replying to our text to suggest new accommodation, didn't apologise or was concerned. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour with unpleasant, unprofessional people!

The centralized air conditioning is a little strong but they managed to cover it for our room, very prompt and helpful

I was very pleased with my stay, I don’t know why the property doesn’t have a bigger score. It is a rented room, not a hotel, and it is great value for money and great location, 5 minutes from Marina and the beach. I found the room nice and clean and the apartament has everything you need and a nice view. the host has been very nice and helpful with every request, has replied quick at any hour. there is a cleaning service for the common areas

A great location, free wifi and strong internet connection, a comfortable bed, a clean room and bathroom, hot water all the time, a clean shared kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a balcony where I could smoke, a quiet appartment to get good sleep after the sighteeing, great cleaning service and staff to assist you with whatever you need. My sister and I enjoyed our 7-day visit to Dubai and our stay at the apartment. We could not afford a luxurious hotel and we didn't want a hostel, we wanted a place with a good location, a reasonable price and privacy, to make ourselves feel at home, and we got it. The aircondition is centralized, I had to adjust the temperature and eventually turned it off during the final night- it was a bit cold and I come from a place where aircondition is not needed, so I am not used to living with one, but it was no problem. I know it is a must in hot climate and I am sure I would appreciate it if I stayed longer. Now that I got to know the neighbourhood I would definitely choose to stay here if I came again to Dubai, or ask for a higher floor to have an even better view.

We were being transfer from one place to another. Originally staying at 43rd floor then being transfer to 36th floor on the second day. we have to repack our luggage and wait for the time to move therefore wasting quite some time… Not well communication as they thought we might not coming due to no respond on time of arrival… We have made the payment and we will be there definitely though… Overcrowded at the lobby part while waiting for the elevator and there is a smell on that part… The agent didn’t give us the access card and therefore we can’t use the facilities in the apartment…

Location wise not bad… walking distance to the metro… got the balcony to dry out the clothes…

As it’s a budget place, the furniture is a little dated and the tower isn’t the fanciest - it’s not the most upmarket of places, but it was sparkling clean with a great location and we were really happy for the price.

This apartment is right in the central area of the Marina, with two tram stations nearby and a bay in front of the building for taxis to pull up, which was really convenient. The room and facilities were IMMACULATELY clean, the sheets were crisp and white and we had fresh white towels as well. It was utterly spotless, with a cleaner coming every day to sort the communal areas. We had a view of the Burj al Arab, the water pressure in the shower was great and the right temperature, it was the perfect place to crash for a five day trip to Dubai for my friends wedding and the price is great for somewhere to crash after a days activities. Good AC too and our communication with the manager of the property was clear and straightforward. Would really recommend this place for a budget option when visiting Dubai, where everything else is so expensive! we had more to spend on activities etc as a result but we’re still happy with our accommodation.

It's a shame for this is a large room with a large table and chairs and good size bed -The facilities are in desperate need of maintenance, the bed is broken but patched in a shabby way. Curtains are dirty with old marks of dirt-needs to be professionally cleaned. The bathroom shows patches of mould on the ceiling and overall needs refurbishment very unpleasant including being a shared bathroom. So for two nights, we didn't take a shower!! Bidet taps are taped with a kind of sellotape and leaking at the same time. This place would be rated 2 stars or less as accommodation. TV is for decorations only doesn't work and when I sent a message to ask about this -the absent host -received no response. However, it's advertised on booking.com as having tv?! No access to the swimming pool unless a deposit of £100.00 for the pass is taken so we didn't use the swimming pool. The bedroom door has thin gaps - so no privacy since other people share the flat and use next door kitchen often. Also, we arrived at 4 am for a 3-night stay booking and one of the cleaners knocked on our door at 10:30 am telling us we were checking out by mistake? Dirt marks on bedroom walls just next to the bed the room needs a fresh coat of paint. The mattress is covered in stains -very disgusting we saw this by accident on the last day of leaving! Had to think twice before writing the review but like me, other guests will feel disappointed as this isn't what is advertised on booking.com.

The location is excellent near everything needed. The room has a large size table, large bed size and excellent views of the cruise port and part of the Marina. The host arranged for a late checkout since the flight arrived at the early hours of the morning, there is a night reception for the main building. It's a busy building. General cleaning is good and takes place every day in common areas. Was glad they have an iron and board. Also, the kitchen has utensils if needed. There is a small balcony with a drying rack
