As for minuses, I have nothing to say, maybe the pool table is broken and should be fixed so you can play pool with someone.

For me, this accommodation was good in terms of quality and price. Even though I was the only older one there, the others being students both girls and boys, I got along well with them.You have a superb view from the balcony on the 60th floor of the accommodation that gives you a good vibe.I will come back with the greatest pleasure because it was good the guys in charge of the accommodation were comjnicative if you needed anything they helped you. It was cleaned every day.I recommend this accommodation as price-quality is worth trying something cheap and good.

The elevator takes a while to get up and down.

Very clean, calm apartment located in a great location in the marina. The staff were very helpful, kitchen was fully equipped and great. There is also a games room and 2 balconies. Very organized everyone has their own space in the kitchen and bathroom (girls have private bathroom). Was cleaned every day and was spotless. Lockers under bed and more space for large luggage in the rooms. Very comfortable. Very near tram and lots of supermarkets/mini markets. Quiet atmosphere so great for remote workers or people just looking for a nice relaxed time in Dubai.

The bathroom in the female room is a bit messy, would be nice if the shower glass would stay in one place when closed. The ladder to the upper bed is a bit too narrow but I managed the climbs up and back so — doable :)

The view is breathtaking! You can check it out from an open balcony if you’re not afraid of heights or just stay behind the panoramic windows :) A pool table and arcade games are a nice touch.

The place was too quiet, nothing much going on.

Cleaning is done on a regular basis and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The balcony view is spectacular and worth the price.

It's like home away from home. Amazing location. Wonderful views from the balcony. Friendly roommates. Courteous staff. Delightful amenities. Easy to reach the location through tram n metro. Few min walk to Marina walk n Barasti beach.20 min walk to JBR beach area. Overall it's excellent. The caretaker Mr.Alfa a really amazing person ,makes this place lively.

I loved how clean it was. The staff Ahmaed and Ryan were is so helpful and friendly. Place was in tiptop shape thanks to Ahmaed, cleaning multiple times a day. Aesthetically the place was well designed and decorated by Ryan. Very upscale, with beautiful views of the marina. Short walk to the marina where you can buy grocery, restaurants, Café Shisha, lounges and so many more activities to take park in. I felt right at home. In fact, this will be the only place I stay in the future when I’m in Dubai. Already booked my future stay!

The owner and his staff were wonderful, welcoming, always accommodating & friendly to everyone!!! Ahmad, who manned the hostel most of the time - all the chores in the hostel: cleaning, changing beds, laundering linens & towels, tidying up stuff, despite his busy schedules still managed to interact with guests and answer their queries & accommodate their requests!!! We’ve become friends and Ahmad is such a very dear & caring person who was always willing and ready to help anyone and always smiles! It’s a small boutique hostel, only two rooms, one female & 1 male rooms. It’s quite clean! I will definitely go back & stay here again if & when I return to Dubai!!! It’s location is amazing, within walking distance pretty much to everything Dubai has to offer!
