The apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived. However, they sorted it out very quickly.

The staff were fantastic and hospitable. I was travelling alone with 3 kids and they were so helpful. They were prompt in sorting things out as soon as I had any problem.

Honestly, there was nothing i didn't like. Ecery aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. It was a flawless stay and i look forward to returning in future.

The stay here was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the tone for a wonderful stay. The resort is located in stunning location. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury, featuring modern amenities and technology. The cleanliness was impeccable. When it comes to the dining, i should say i had the best breakfast here than any other hotels. They offer a variety of cuisines. I highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks luxury, comfort, exceptional service and a touch of paradise.

Apartment sofa was not clean, some hair noticed but staff responded quickly and cleaned it. Dinner buffet good but not great and half board booking missing any kind of drinks even water, all beverage chargeable. Smart TV casting did not work

It’s a beautiful resort/hotel with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good beds and pillows are important and it was also quiet at night. Food, beverage and service is excellent but not the cheapest.

Everything was fabulous but in the pool there was a sign shows that it is not allowed to bring toys in the pool but many kids were playing with their toys and they were annoying specially the water guns! Many people were upset because of that but no body did anything for them i hope that the management could be strict about that.. best regards

There was no adults only pool and no swim up pool bar. The restaurants and bars were extremely quiet and not much atmosphere.

The Hot tub in the room was not fed by a big enough boiler so it didn't really fill with hot water very well

Amazing hotel on the Palm with great pools and beach and quite nice restaurants located. The whole feel of the hotel is Polynesian with woods decor. It also has an amazing beach bar we like.

Our room was advertised as see view - we could only see palm trees and barely the water. We were very disappointed, however they did change our room after request. The all you can eat buffet dinner was terrible, however the buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of variety.

Beautiful rooms, great property, so many lovely amenities. Great staff (bell boy, Ranesh; Sugita at Zoya: Sebastian and Marta at Porterhouse). Gym is great and gym staff are very helpful. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Paying for drinks (even water) at dinners. Spending nearly £100 for 10 days of holidays just on water is quite indecent (over £8 for a bottle of water). I can understand some drinks like alcohol are not including in the half board package but water and basic soft drinks should be in my opinion

Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful. The pools were great. Perfect location on the Palm, lots of taxi available outside. The food was very nice, with lots of option for where to go for dinner. Breakfast was delicious, especially the benedict eggs and French toast 🤤. Very clean room. Great facilities. Would definitely go back
