To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe room & facilities were great, staff were so friendly and helped with anything we needed. The breakfast was the star of the show. Better than any other breakfast I've found inside or outside a hotel in my entire life!! The french toast and croissants were particularly amazing. It's not the most central property in Dubai, but with a car, taxi, or even the metro (if you're a bit more patient) you can get you where you need to go easily. We rented a car and took the occasional taxi and it wasn't an issue at all. Would definitely stay here again in future!

AzerbaijanThe location is good; it’s next to the WAFI Mall and 10 minutes by car to Dubai Mall, and it is also close to the airport. However, if you want to travel to JBR or Marina, it will take more time.
The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and the lobby is beautiful. What I want to highlight the most is the truly exceptional service and cleanliness. Every request of ours was fulfilled with no issues, and the cleanliness of this place is especially magnificent. I also recommend getting the breakfast, especially for those who eat healthy food; they have very organic options.

MalaysiaStaff not paying enough attention to important details in the room. Vanity Mirror was rusty and dirty. No matter how clean the room is but if your main mirror is dirty - it completely destroys the hotel image. Iron was throwing out rusty water as well. Looks like no one care.

From the moment we checked in, Charles made us feel welcomed and valued. He went above and beyond by offering us free complimentary room upgrade facing burj khalifa, which greatly enhanced our stay. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making our experience even more comfortable and luxurious. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests shone through, making our visit memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a touch of luxury.
