The decor in the bedrooms did not reflect the overall standard throughout the hotel however. Wall paper had been patched & the air con was noisy due to a broken blade on the grill/front. Despite having a balcony we weren’t able to access it due to health safety constraints.

The location, all staff, food & service were very good. The principle lifeguard was extremely helpful as was ‘mina’.

the bathroom was designed for the disabled person, and when I had shower the water stagnated. Night curtains were dated and had holes and stains. The view were at the building sight

On the 31st floor band or dj playing local music, even after we kindly ask to swith to something more international so we can enjoy couple of drinks... View to the marina was not very nice (at least the room I got, 27 floor) i expected more.

The bar on the last floor was of a really bad taste, almost like a joke. The sauna and the steam room were almost out of order.

It wasn't the room I paid for was supposed to be city view and was opposite a building site asked to change room which was very quick to sort it was better but again didn't class it as king size deluxe and only good view from the corner of the window

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. The location was also perfect for exploring (the city , Marina and JBR). Additionally, the reception team was extremely supportive and helped make my stay even better.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Our stay began in a double room that was brilliantly sized, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did have a leak (more like a mini waterfall) in our bathroom/ hallway, which was addressed immediately. We went for dinner whilst maintenance was taking place. I had every intention to complain the next morning after breakfast. However, that night (we returned past midnight), there was a knock at the door, which was met with a sincere apology and an offer to move our rooms. My bonnet was not coming off by this point, so I agreed to move the next morning. After breakfast, we were moved to an upgraded room, which far surpassed our expectations. I think we were lucky as the hotel was busy, and perhaps they didn't have a similar room to move us to. We enjoyed the benefits of our suit. The staff were exceptional, every single one we encountered was polite and kind. The kindness struck me, surpassing my expectations or experiences as the staff were kind and accommodating. It provided a human touch, which is lacking these days. I wish I had everyone's name so that I could personally shout them out here; however, I will ask that management extend our thanks and congratulate all staff for their representation of the establishment. Without your staff, you have a much steeper hill to climb. Breakfast was good; there was a selection of fresh juices. The melon at breakfast was fresh; however, the pineapple and peaches were canned. There was yoghurt, muesli, dried fruit, eggs, bread, pancakes, waffles, salads, meze, etc. Something for everyone. I would like to personally thank Khaled, Rehan and Niten for their outstanding service.

Basic things in the room were complicated - why is it nessasary to turn lights on/off, adjust aircon and ask for room to be made up by using a complicated wall mounted computer pad, ridiculous!!

Pool area was quite cold, water temperature not controlled to be pleasant, unusable in fresh windy days if you don't like frozen feeling. Pool view does not match at all the pictures you find, so this was below the expectations.

Room was large and comfortable, and offering quite a nice view. Breakfast super, in particular the bread and the fresh energy juice of the day. Location is at a walk distance to metro lines or bla bla beach, but not so close, at the far edge of the marina, but rate was perfect for the value.

Warm greetings with a smile would have been nice to get from the shuttle driver.
