Bad internet only 4 channels on TV none in English. The air-conditioning weak and shuts off when not in the room so when coming back from the 100 degrees outside you walk into a warm room. The rooftop pool does not allow sunbathing and has no lawn chairs the Bar is on the 1st floor my room on the 7th floor heard the music until 3 am.

The mini fridge worked. The cleaning staff was good. The lobby staff was good.

The location and the bathroom sink wasn’t flashing oooh my gosh plus the bed was really very uncomfortable since instead of one bed 6*6 they joined 2 beds on 1 and very uncomfortable at all

Cleanliness is poor, Hygiens like toothbrush, soap water glasses are nothing inside, how many times we call reception for our neededs, this is our first time encourage hotel like this.

Firstly, the lack of available parking is inconvenient and the additional fee I had to pay for it is disappointing. It's also concerning that the TV was not working and that the WiFi was initially not functioning upon my arrival. However, it is commendable that the hotel staff were able to fix the issue with the WiFi after some time. Furthermore, the fact that the room was not fully prepared with a lack of towels and slippers is unacceptable. Additionally, the shesha smell throughout the hotel may have been uncomfortable for guests who do not smoke or prefer to be in smoke-free environments. The most concerning issue is the noise level from the bar music that prevented me from getting a good night's sleep until 4am. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to subject their guests to such disturbance. Lastly, the issue with the hand wash being filled in the body soap container and the water heater not working, the reason I couldn't shower and checked out at 7 am in the morning. Overall, based on my experience, it would be difficult to recommend this hotel to others. The combination of several issues in one stay is unacceptable for any hotel. The hotel management should take steps to address these issues and improve the guest experience to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable stay.

The bed they gave me had a spring that hurt me when sleeping and they didn't change it, there was no hot water and when we complained we were told that since its summer they could get in trouble if the government found out they were heating water ( what nonsense is that), our room wasn't cleaned in 4 days.

The staffs especially the Lady Filipina Receptionist she is very rude. Pretending to be nice, and will assist you but the truth is NO. I booked Suite and informed them I will be checking in early like 11 or 12 and they confirmed yes but when I arrived room not ready and they even put me in a standard room. So i told them since my daughter needs to make herself ready for her event i agree to take standard and if the suite room gets ready by 2pm we will transfer but I waited for them to inform me but they didnot end up we transfer by 4:30pm. Then at night had visitors then this security guard didnot allow them and knocked in our room and told us to let our visitor leave which we did. But i didnot get why only us they asked our visitors to leave but other rooms they are allowing visitors and they even allow others to do party and drink alcohol.
