It was outstanding, with their own private beach, the views were great. The restaurants were great, the staff really helpful and attentive. The spa facilities were excellent.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, and the food amazing. They had a great outdoor pool, excellent for kids. Our room wasn’t very big but comfortable, new and really really clean. The staff were incredible!!!

The location is really far away in the far east crescent of palm jumeirah which makes it impossible to find a taxi at times, the shuttle service only does 3-4 trips a day to the mall, there was only one swimming pool which is right behind the beach area which makes the beach area really noisy and not relaxing at all from the music playing at the pool and kids playing and people swimming there and chatting at the bar, the beach area is fairly small with rough sand with lots of seashells better keep your flip flops on

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming at time of check in you get a necklace made out seashells and a welcome drink as well as you do the check in process while seating comfortably in the lobby then a staff member escorts you and gives you a quick tour of the facilities and restaurants then takes you to your room, The room is really beautiful and so spacious with a huge bathroom and a balcony and you get a welcome chocolate and lots of other useful stuff like flip flops and a beach bag, the beds are extremely comfortable you get the best sleep of your life, the breakfast buffet is great with lots of varieties and live music everyday,, the staff are really the highlight very accommodating to our every requests and need, for example when we return from a shopping trip they take our shopping bags and send it up to the room, at the beach they provide you with towels and a bucket of ice and water and fruit popsicles, we had the half board and had a great experience at all 3 restaurants we visited riya, roaring rabbit and varq, varq had a modern twist on Indian food and we had a really exceptional experience with the manager accommodating to our palate exactly witb a unique dish and treating us to an ice cream dessert after

Maybe the concepts of the restaurants. pub is really not too much pub, beer selection and food concept not the top level as the hotel pub should be (like in Hilton AD pub) also the rooftop restaurant concept haven't impressed neither me nor my wife. the place, design and the staff are top, but the menu and food concept is average. desserts are the biggest disappointment. but maybe someone will like it.

New hotel. very good staff, I mentioned our wedding anniversary during booking process and the hotel gave us an upgrade to 1 bedroom suit. thanks a lot to the hotel management. very good kids club. the best one actually we experienced. kids were spending all time there (4 and 6 y.o.) also HB package worked both for first night dinner and for departure day lunch. first time I see such approach to HB.

Everything! This is true five star luxury in every way. What makes Taj exceptional is the attention to detail, stunningly beautiful resort and warm service at every interaction. Taj’s booking representative Mina made sure everything went smoothly, including a complimentary very early checkin complete with breakfast. We were also upgraded to a stunning suite. If you are looking for a place on the Palm that works very hard to exceed expectations then stay at the Taj. The resort is spacious in every area including around the gorgeous pool. The beach area is also lovely. There was a wide range of travellers when we stayed, including elderly couples, young couples, young families and notably the resort catered very well for a number of guests with mobility challenges. We were highly impressed with everything and everyone on the Taj team. Thank you so much.

- Breakfast was underwhelming and the food options at the hotel were quite limited - I assume staff at the Lebanese restaurant is incentivised to cross-sell - came across as too pushy... - Several instances where staff agreed / promised to action certain requests were either misunderstood or ignored (e.g. no callback from reception staff to confirm tennis court reservation, sleep sofa was set up without having been requested etc.)

- The design and facilities of the hotel are great - Gym equipment is as modern as it comes - Beach area is nice - Lounge chairs by the pool are comfortable - Staff seemed to take feedback seriously and made the impression they're committed to improving in certain areas

The shuttle service from the hotel was convenient, but we didn’t know where to find the schedule of the shuttle, especially given it seemed to be different on different days.

Spacious room, great facilities (pool, beach access, games area, multiple restaurants etc.) and efficient service. The breakfast buffet was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
