For me personally a well equipped gym in a good size is important. The gym at this location is very limited, but they have basic equipment like treadmills (3), bicycle (1) and dumbbells

The staff is very nice and welcoming! I felt really comfortable and enjoyed my room! The horizon suite is amazing, absolutely recommend upgrading to this room.

The only let down was the very old beach transfer bus, which was awful.

The hotel was excellent value for money, new, spotlessly clean everywhere and the staff were very helpful. The beach club was great as well!

Extend the hours of the Village Bistro and Nest Social

Property was lovely, the hotel shuttle was super convenient, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Would like to especially thank Kimberly for making my visits to the Nest Lounge inviting and to Julie for suggesting and arranging activities that made my first trip to Dubai special.

The breakfast buffet could have had more variety. We stayed for a week and it was the same foods every day. That was the only complaint.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was gorgeous inside. The valet staff and hotel staff were attentive and friendly. We were always greeted with smiles.

The property is a little further away than others to most tourist destinations such as the marina and the palm, although a short 20 min taxi ride was fine and prices to get to places were good. Hotel is quick to sort out taxis too!

Amazing from start to finish, staff could not be more helpful and the overall vibe of the hotel was amazing. Pool bar was fantastic and breakfast was incredible!! So much choice! Would definitely book again!

Nothing, simply amazing.

All the staff were great and excellent. When we first checked in late at night, the room had a urine-ish smell. We were too tired and didn’t think much of it. That same evening, the smell didn’t go away so we went to the lobby to “complain” (wouldn’t even call it that). Furthermore, the receptionists was fantastic at finding a solution. Our room was upgraded for free, and they moved us in not even 5 minutes. The room was amazing and they kept it clean. I would highly recommend this hotel simply due to the service from the staff.

Having been in the same hotel 2 years ago, the expectations were probably high compared to a person that comes for the first time. Now, there is a lot of construction on both sides of the hotel, so being in the pool area is disturbed by both the noise and dust. Furthermore, given that more people are staying in the hotel, the pool area gets crowded so it is very difficult to get a sunbed. Despite the selection of breakfast being amazing, it does not taste as good as before:)

The hotel itself, as well as the rooms are excellent. Furthermore, the staff is amazing - from reception to housekeeping everybody is extremely helpful and caring. The food selection, incl. the pool-side cocktails (especially during happy hour) is great in terms of value to price ratio. There are several shuttle busses to different locations in the city that allow to save money. In addition, huge extra is the Soluna beach club complementary pass - it is amazing.

delicious breakfast, attentive, cheerful staff, a relaxing atmosphere for a vacation, we arrived at night and were greeted by the Egyptian receptionist who speaks German very well, the Soluna club is very worth visiting, we loved it, in front of the hotel there is an excellent Italian restaurant and supermarket….free transportation to Soluna and the city center, I highly recommend it.

Location: is far from everything. It took us 40-45 minutes each day with the shuttle to reach Soluna Beach. The plus side is that the taxi fair is affordable. Breakfast: it was one of the worst breakfast ever. Everything was cold: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs , mushrooms, spinach, bacon, sausages basically everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. One saving grace was the omelette or eggs sunny side up made on the spot. Pool: small for the size of the hotel, always busy.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel room. We had the room with access to Soluna Beach Club which is quite nice.
