To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staying at this hotel in Dubai was an absolute delight! The staff, especially Liz and Nadin, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was lovely with elegant decor and luxurious amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience that we can't wait to repeat!

I have been to many hotels of all sizes/stars/ratings in Dubai & around the world, this was one of my memorable favorites. Great on staff friendliness, attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, location, food quality etc. I rarely write reviews, but this is one hotel I won’t forget. I’ll be back soon enough.

United KingdomThe rooms, especially my room, would be better with a wardrobe. Everything was "ALMOST" perfect, but it was a bit difficult to hang my clothes. I needed a proper wardrobe where I could organize my items and keep them tidy and ready to wear.
The quality of services. Every member of staff in every department went the extra mile to deliver quality service and satisfy the customers. Amazing people. Outstanding professionals. They always smile when they ask you if they can do something for you. I want to mention a few of the many who made my stay at the hotel comfortable and perfect and my holiday memorable; they are Mr Zarak and Miss Preety from the reception team. HungaryThe bathroom is unfortunately very small and badly designed, which makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.
The hotel is in a very good location, with easy access to the Burj Khalifa by taxi and also to the Dubai Mall. We almost only took taxis, it was the best way to get around. The accommodation is basically brand new and all the staff are very very nice and attentive. I only remember the name of Chambu but everyone in the whole place does a good job. The premier waterfront room is great and spacious, can highly recommend, super view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. The food was also very good, we found something to our liking every day.
