Staying at this hotel in Dubai was an absolute delight! The staff, especially Liz and Nadin, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was lovely with elegant decor and luxurious amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience that we can't wait to repeat!

The gym is still under construction (the current gym is small), but as I understand it, this is a temporary issue.

I have been to many hotels of all sizes/stars/ratings in Dubai & around the world, this was one of my memorable favorites. Great on staff friendliness, attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, location, food quality etc. I rarely write reviews, but this is one hotel I won’t forget. I’ll be back soon enough.

There wasn't a hairdryer.

The room is cozy and pleasant to spend time in. The breakfast is varied and suitable for every taste, the atmosphere in is amazing also I liked a music there.

The rooms, especially my room, would be better with a wardrobe. Everything was "ALMOST" perfect, but it was a bit difficult to hang my clothes. I needed a proper wardrobe where I could organize my items and keep them tidy and ready to wear.

The quality of services. Every member of staff in every department went the extra mile to deliver quality service and satisfy the customers. Amazing people. Outstanding professionals. They always smile when they ask you if they can do something for you. We were in a handicapped room to allow us an early check in. Very difficult not to nearly flood bathroom due to lack of shower screen. Appreciated the early check in though.

The bathroom is unfortunately very small and badly designed, which makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

The hotel is in a very good location, with easy access to the Burj Khalifa by taxi and also to the Dubai Mall. We almost only took taxis, it was the best way to get around. The accommodation is basically brand new and all the staff are very very nice and attentive. I only remember the name of Chambu but everyone in the whole place does a good job. The premier waterfront room is great and spacious, can highly recommend, super view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. The food was also very good, we found something to our liking every day.

The bathroom is so small, so uncomfortable, I am very skinny and small lady and still struggle to close doors or move around.

The room cleaning service was not complete, where they don’t change the bottles of water or coffee capsules, we need to ask them to send even after doing the room cleaning.

The room was in good location, breakfast was complete and the staff were very kind (especially Nadim)

Location is perfect , I booked HB package so was vey convy for me . Breakfats and dinner are very good . Clean , the staff is very friendly. Everything was very good . Will probably get back to this hotel next season

Everything was great.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel room was very clean, breakfasts and dinners were varied. If I ever come to Dubai again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
