Felt like a second class citizen. The adults only pool allows external guest so those paying a premium to stay in the hotel very often do not get a lounger at the pool. The rooftop pool is an extra change when you are already paying 880 a night. Again, let external guests in. The smoking and vaping at the pools and all out doors areas at the restaurants is incredible, they have no non smoking areas. The guests were even doing this in the pool.

Hotel is fantastic. The bedrooms are the best I have ever stayed in and the onsite facilities such as the Gym, Restaurants and pool were top class. Management in all areas are very attentive if you have an issue and try to resolve as quickly as possible.

Staff in breakfast need trainning, not good service have to ask many times fo order or get it your self. Staff who take you it to the table un helpful bar attitude & do not pass on your order at all. Afternoon tea not good value if you dont drink alchohole very limited

For those who like hot showers, the water takes a while to warm up and does not warm up to hot enough

Amazing, specially Ms Naseera at the reception she is professional and kind hearted person. Second is Mr Amer in the lounge he is the best ever,.he understand the guest there taste and likes. When he saw me eating dates he gets me Arabic coffee that's was excellent customer service

During the stay and in last night, the staff refused charging on room after exceeding the deposit amount , this was the first time i treated like this in all over hotels I booked in the world. All hotel settle the amount during the checkout. Moreover the smell of dishes in breakfast buffet was very fishy.

Check in was delayed as room wasn’t ready, so we needed to wait. They did provide us with compensatory amount to be spent on the property during our stay.

The property is good for visitors, who can visit anything from pools to restaurants for money. Same time it create problems for hotel guests to find sun-beds and sits in the restaurants. Stuff is not well trained, especially those for cleaning and in the pool area. Hostess in restaurants are not always friendly. The hotel, being way more expensive than others around it, is trying to charge you for everything on top of your stay price (for instance, we were asked to pay extra 300USD for pool sun bed while beds in fact were available). Overall, it gives bad impression and I can give 1 out of 10 for hospitality only. Funny golden toothbrushes look ridicules and in fact cheap as well as wallpapered basic coffee machine in the room. And Louise Vuitton inside of the hotel more downgrade it than adds since in Dubai it is on every corner like 7eleven. Overall, good to stay once and forget about it

It looks very cool, nice and expensive. Luxury restaurants (but not on the top in my Dubai restaurant list)
