We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Dubai, with everything walkable from the hotel, beaches, mall shopping views. The location is fantastic, for Dubai Mall, & JBR its an easy car ride. Stunning views of the aqua ocean, generous sized rooms, very luxurious, excellent service. We travel a lot,.... this hotel was fabulous. Rooms are bright and modern. Caters well for gluten free dairy free. Was a mother-daughter weekend and we had a beautiful time.

JordanMy room on the 5th floor faces under the window big ventilation fans which make a noise especially at night, unfortunately, we have been told that the upper floor rooms are under renovation. As well the curtains in washrooms are not the best idea for privacy.
Great location in the hear of Palm Jumeirah, helpful employees and everyone is giving his best to cater for guests needs, direct access to Nakheel Mall, rooms are very modern, bed was very comfortable, all in all is highly recommended.

service was absolutely incredible, our room was 15 minutes late so we got free breakfast for two days, an upgrade and a free drink. The man who did it for us was incredibly welcoming, all the staff were amazing every single one could not help enough. we even got a cake for my birthday to the room. we have stayed in some incredible hotels but this is by far the best one for service

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the attention to all the little details, such as the lovely toiletries, turn-down service, daily cleaning & replenishing water & towels etc. The gym was phenomenal - it was stocked with diverse and modern equipment and a great view. The breakfast buffet selection was huge and everything was absolutely delicious - honestly one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever seen. Room service was also excellent. We cannot rave enough about every staff member we encountered - not only were they attentive and exceptionally good at their respective jobs, but they were also genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Also we loved the location in Palm Jumeriah. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again- it actually lives up to its 5-star status!
