The location is a bit hidden and next tot he Al Rigga graveyard, which was not clearly defined in the advertising. The entrance was also hidden and we took some time to find it.

Fridge in one of the bedrooms was not working , air conditioning in the same room was not working properly. you have to ask for toilet paper and towels every time . Master room shower floating after taking a shower for day one . Fruit insects in the bathroom in day one until we left .cockroach's in both bedrooms. Glasses and bowl on the table was not cleaned properly. Tv never working since day one in both rooms until we left . I requested to leave a day before and was rejected deliberately from day one whereas they have plenty time to get another guests . I finally left a day before even though they did not want to refund 1 day money. They advise to contact booking. com which I did but did not heard from them yet . Bed and cuss job was not good for sleep . I had back and next pain every morning . same for my husband and kids . For me the hotels is not good for tourists guests as they don't even have any leaflets or flyers for places to visits with prices . you have to ask in the reception sometimes explanation is not clear. My overall stay was very bad . But the some of the staffs were very nice such as Zaman , Irman and the other guy who manage all the cleaner were very friendly . Foe me is not they fault but management failed to provide necessary equipment to make they job easy . they just want money but does not care about their customers. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or my relatives and will never ever going back to this hotel . Two different bed frames and blinker was not cover since day one until my husband asked for it after 4 days . This hotel is not for tourists please selling them for guests coming from development country because of its standard.

Bathroom drain always backing up, cockroaches in the bathroom and hotel room. Washbasin drainage leaking on the floor of bathroom. Stinging fruit flies coming out of drainage. TV was never working from day one of stay even after bringing to notice of reception staff.

The rooms look a bit ancient, and the cleaners need to do better. I literally had to change my room because the room wasn’t neat.
