Staff are all very helpful. Lagoon beach is beautiful. Location is a short walk to Creek Harbour which has stunning skyline views.

There was nothing much not to like about it. I will say the dining options should to be bit more which I hope will be coming soon more.

From beginning till End. It was so convenient the Check-In. A valet is available to collect your car and luggage. You will enter the Lobby—the Warm smile on the face of the reception person. The Check-In process was so smooth with the payments and information. I am impressed with the paperless communication. Usage of Recycle stuff which was completely Eco friendly. All the essentials are already provided and are eco-friendly. A combination of wood and leather gives exquisite. The balcony with a view of the Lagoon which I got an upgrade from the Hotel for free gives the perfect feeling.

No spa and the location is terrible. Nothing around in walking distance. If you don’t have a car ur stuck or u gotta use cabs. Way tooo many flies which spoilt the outdoor dinning.

I liked how the receptionist welcomed us her name is Marwa she is the best receptionist in the world i have moved around many hotels but the same as Marwa I did not see. Masha Allah from behind to the end she was very helpful and welcoming at any time. We had booked for two nights but when we saw the hotel how it's nice and quiet it and the way Marwa welcomed us we extended one more night. So I will come back again for sure and many thanks To Miss Marwa you are the best 💗

Not an issue with the hotel but flies were a bit of a menace on the outdoor dinning area during the day. Also, the staff were not too pleased that I had a mobile tripod for vlogging and taking pictures

Aesthetically pleasing, comfortable beds (Especially the pillows), amazing views of the Dubai Skyline, great valet service, beautiful ambience all through the hotel, beautiful scenic beach and nice fragrance all through the hotel

The hotel is new and spacious. Heartwarming customer service. Jude, Marwa and Nagham from front desk did a wonderful job. Their attention to details was amazing and really helpful. ++ the gym ++ the beach-like pool ++ unlimited free water in the room

Requested to clean our room via panel in room and directly to staff member, went for a walk for couple of hours but room was not cleaned. Breakfast could be a little better.

1.Lack of flexibility in the menu. they could not replace some constituents of the meal with the starch i preferred. 2. Fire drill was conducted at around 3 am. That was very disturbing. It could have been done in the late early morning(at least we would been waking up anyway) or early night around 22 or 23( at least we would not have been dreaming yet)
