Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

From beginning till End. It was so convenient the Check-In. A valet is available to collect your car and luggage. You will enter the Lobby—the Warm smile on the face of the reception person. The Check-In process was so smooth with the payments and information. I am impressed with the paperless communication. Usage of Recycle stuff which was completely Eco friendly. All the essentials are already provided and are eco-friendly. A combination of wood and leather gives exquisite. The balcony with a view of the Lagoon which I got an upgrade from the Hotel for free gives the perfect feeling.

I liked how the receptionist welcomed us her name is Marwa she is the best receptionist in the world i have moved around many hotels but the same as Marwa I did not see. Masha Allah from behind to the end she was very helpful and welcoming at any time. We had booked for two nights but when we saw the hotel how it's nice and quiet it and the way Marwa welcomed us we extended one more night. Zambia1.Lack of flexibility in the menu. they could not replace some constituents of the meal with the starch i preferred. 2. Fire drill was conducted at around 3 am. That was very disturbing. It could have been done in the late early morning(at least we would been waking up anyway) or early night around 22 or 23( at least we would not have been dreaming yet)
