Excellent hotel choice for our first visit to Dubai. Staff were always extremely helpful and cheerful. Perfect location as a mature couple to get to the metro and tram stations and lovely evening walks around the marina. Added bonus of a Waitrose in the marina mall!

We loved everything and plan to go back again. We thought it would be useful if there was an App to order & pay for food & drinks by the pool so that you didn't have to go in the bar area to get them.

At the front desk, their TPE/paying machine was declining my card which I couldn't understand because afterward I used the same card to pay at their restaurant and the same card to withdraw money from the facility ATM machine to pay cash at the front desk.

The cleaning service was excellent......the pillows and bed were well done. I met two young guys (I don't remember their names) at the cleaning department, they were ready for help and always smiling.

The staff were amazing. We were welcomed warmly and given an upgrade to a truly beautiful suite. The location couldn’t have been better and the facilities we used were all top class. Will be staying here next time we visit Dubai for sure.

-We heard everything from our neighbours, because the two rooms were only separated by a very thin wall and a door within the wall, which for the price is inacceptable. -There seemed to be something wrong with the drains in the bathroom as it always smelled bad in the shower and toilette. -Morning meal was good but during peak time (9am) we had to wait 40min for our coffee order. The hotel should place more staff during peak.

-The view from the room, the pool and fitness studio was really amazing. -The location. Close to metro within marina and close to JBR. -Personnel was friendly.

Hotel located in a perfect place, 5 minutes on foot from the metro, 12 minutes from the beach, very close to Marina Mall, clean, fragrant, very nicely decorated, very good breakfasts on the terrace. What deserves special praise is the level of service, which exceeds many 5-star hotels we have been to.

only small things which are not worth to mention, (e.g. housekeeping forgot towels once) one thing I want to mention: when ordering food/drinks at the pool, sometimes rooms-charge was possible (just telling the room-number, sometimes we had to sign the check), sometimes we had to pay immediately, once there was an issue that we had no deposit on the room (after charging to the room the days before). Something like that should be communicated more clear during check-in as well as at the crew-members at the pool.

we stayed 6 nights, modern room with balcony, comfortable beds and enough space. The hotel pool (13th floor) is VERY nice, sometimes a little crowdy but the personal tries to "sort" all people and please everyone nice gym with most needed equipment and spectacular Marina view. Awesome breakfast (buffet + 1 meal/drink included with breakfast option). Free bikes for rent, top location of the Hotel (10min to Metro, 15min to JBR beach). Very nice and dedicated personal to fullfill every wish for a pleasant stay!
