The view from our balcony was not great, we were directly beside some kind of DEWA unit.

We come every year and is still our favorite hotel in Dubai. Special thanks to Borza, Sasi and Thomas, they take care of you. Breakfast and Dinner superb, we loved the Indian food in the main/buffet restaurant and the Asian food in the LAO restaurant. Personnel in LAO great as well.

grilling odor filling the east wing of the lobby coming from some of the restaurants was unpleasant during the evenings. There was no Hilton Honors members dedicated staff at the check-in or a sign indicating it. Waiting to get taxis can take some time.

The staff was very professional. The room decoration and furniture is all-new and luxurious. Spacious and have all needed amenities. The in-room dining is very delicious and satisfying. Family friendly and very quiet to rest and enjoy your off time! highly recommended.

It was far away from the city and takes at least 20 minutes to get out of the palm area. Beach sand was not soft and not what I was expecting for a beach holiday. The hotels policies are very rigid and they are not flexible at all. We were not able to cancel after staying there a few days and wanting to change hotels because we had booked through booking.com. I also asked for adjoining rooms upon check in, but was informed the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have an adjoining room available. If booking, make sure you request everything in advance. The half board does not include any drinks at dinner, even water, although bottled water is free in the hotel. A little more flexibility would have gone a long way in improving the stay.

The only feedback would be to keep the buffet in the Pearl Lounge open past 8pm as that is quite early to close in the evening. It would also be better if drinks and snacks were available all day in the Pearl Lounge.

The staff were so friendly, attentive and really helpful. Really made the stay so enjoyable, such lovely people. It's also absolutely beautiful and clean and delicious food

The security at the entrance was not friendly and he investigated what I was coming to do in the property and I clearly explained to him im coming to checkin and he kept asking questions...

It's little bit far if you don't have a car

Each visit to the Waldorf Astoria reminds us of why we love this place so much. The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff's warm hospitality makes it even more special. It's always a pleasure to return here, and we are certain that we will keep coming back, time and time again.

My room wasn't cleaned properly - upon checking in I found refillable soap bottle empty anf a battery missing in a weight scale. Called housekeeping, waited for 30 minutes, no show - had to call again. Following day the same happened with room service. No service, called housekeeping, waited, called again. Housekeeping needs attention Also found trash under my bed - unacceptable. I left a letter for the property's manager with no reply - disapointed.

I liked the check in, the facilities, most of the staff was helpful. The pool is great, I liked the beach. A la carte restaurants are good but its evening smorgas board lacks quality.

Loud construction next door spoiled the quiet of some of the pool area. Bath tub in room looked lovely but took so long to fill up I gave up.

Very comfortable room with a pillow menu so you really get a great sleep. Amazing bath robes. Relaxing pool area with excellent service and a good selection of poolside food and drinks. View of the sunset every evening was great. Products in the room smelled great.
