Great location and a lovely French bistro style of restaurant connected to the hotel. Lovely room and bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Staff were very helpful. I would stay here again in Vancouver

The staff at the Loden are wonderfully friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome upon our arrival. The rooms are amazing - so well-designed, comfortable, and beautiful. And the location was quiet, but very walkable to shops and restaurants on Robson and surroundings. We had a lovely stay!

Weird to say - but almost too much service. Too much friendly chat at check in (we were tired after a long drive) and then woke us up from a nap with a phone call to see if the room was good, shortly followed by someone knocking on the door with lemon water and also to see if the room was good. I guess we could have put the do not disturb sign on but we had only been checked in for an hour or so.

The room and the location were excellent. Really good amenities, a decent view and a nicely designed room. Nice to have a big bath as well.

We liked that the hotel was boutique, bikes available for free hire, an excellent restaurant paired with the hotel next door, the excellent and friendly staff and just how well the rooms were cared for. Oh and they had the best gym equipment in the hotel that I’ve ever seen/used in a hotel.

The staff went over and beyond their remit, thank you, especially to the concierge who, knowing we were struggling because of road works on the road, came out to find us and get us to the hotel. The Loden is a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of extra touches to make your stay with them special. Sadly it was only a one night stopover for us, but a very memorable one ❤️…. the only downside for my husband is that I now “ need” a dyson hairdryer 🤭😁

I like the location as it was an easy walk to all the places that I wanted to visit. Also it was centrally located to all the restaurants which made eating very easy

TV is bizarre- no menu drop box and information about a program being watched. The menu is on channel 1 which is a moving page. Didn’t like having to pay CA to use the sauna given the room rate is already steep.

The staff was welcoming and available throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Loden property. It is located in an excellent area of Vancouver and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores within a few short blocks. You will not be disappointed!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The Loden was by far, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. In every sense, they exceeded expectations. In spite of the fact that there was construction going on next store, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable and met all of our needs and beyond. They thought of everything. Not only did they have all of the normal things that most hotels do, they also had yoga mats, umbrellas, and other things in the room to meet needs you didn't know you had. Their service exceeded all others as well. All requests were tended to immediately and with a smile. We have never seen a place more customer friendly than the Loden.

More croissants in Tableau next door in the mornings. Kept running out early. Coffee and tea in reception throughout the day.
