Outside of windows were very dirty. TV weirdly positioned and TV reception intermittent. Sewage smell in bathroom. Trailing wires from TV and bedside lamp. Tea/coffee tray was a plastic bag ... maybe you have lots of theft? I've never seen this before!

Excellent location. Although the front of the hotel was busy and noisy, our room (305) was quiet and had good views of the beach and sea. Public areas of the hotel are much better presented than the room we had. Staff were excellent (with one very stressed exception :-( ) and breakfast was very well presented and delicious. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before booking in and after booking out, which was very helpful - thank you.

2nd day of our stay the buffet breakfast wasn't hot it was warm , a complaint was made by another customer about it and I think they sorted it as I didn't go back to try another one

The manager bee was brilliant couldn't help us enough. I'm asthmatic and asked for extra pillows which we had straight away , wasn't well she was always asked how I was and if there was anything I needed don't hesitate to ask . Waitress staff also very helpful

There was a hot water pipe that made the small room very hot and we had to leave the windows open which created noise from the street.

Reception was hard to find on arrival no one about sign in corridor pointed reception when we found staff was taken to reception it was by sign but door was locked maybe a sign on door saying reception and a bell would have been handy Room was a small double a bit cramped for 2 people but ok for 1 night nice big bed and a great night sleep Some areas of hotel could do with a refurb ie corridors and lift is very slow

A little pricey in comparison to other hotels in the area, however, the quality of the stay was much better in comparison as well.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely terrace to sit out on at the front of the hotel. Central location. Excellent all round.

The only thing I would say is there are a few little jobs that could be with being done within the rooms but it was 100% clean.

The evening meals and desserts were amazing. The staff are really friendly and it is right opposite the grand pier. I can't recommend this hotel enough for cleanliness, location and ease of speaking to the staff. Very inviting and I will be returning.

A kettle was supplied in the room. It still had water in from a previous occupant. The kettle couldn't be filled from the wash basin because the basin was too small. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.
