Aurora and her parents are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptionally clean. The house is located in a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet countryside, yet everything is close-markets, shops, and restaurants. Sinalunga is a great place, in the heart of Tuscany. Wherever you want to go in Tuscany it's there a 20-50 min drive by car.

This was magical stay - very peaceful, location was wonderful, building with historical vibe and details, retro accents - all was sparkling clean and the owners very caring and nice! Cute and delicious breakfast! We also were visiting Sinalunga market - so cute and local! Bought fruits and some pastries - no any fancy vibes and that was wonderful! Very authentic stay! And all for such affordable price - perfect! :)

The breakfast was so cute with a variety to choose from, especially the daily fresh croissants and the magnificent view of Tuscany to look out to. The whole place was so quaint and beautiful with it’s surroundings of greenery. Location is also a 5 minute drive to the grocery store.

I would like to recommend this house to everyone who is planning a vacation in Tuscany. My girlfriend and I couldn't believe how beautiful the house and nature is live. Everything is unreal. We gave a rating of 10, but everything was more than 10. You will be greeted by a friendly Italian family upon arrival and will help you get comfortable in your room. You have the use of the kitchen as well as the entire yard of the house. Aurora is the girl who was at our disposal 24/7, she is very kind and will help you with everything. We would come back here again and we advise everyone to go to this accommodation. Sorry for my English, I don't know how to describe how satisfied we were with the accommodation. It seems like I'm biased, but you'll see for yourself that I was right.

Il Pozzo was super clean with all the amenities we needed. We were visiting for a wedding and this was ideal. Was great value for money and Aurora and her family were so welcoming.

When we were there (at the end of October) there was extremely cold in the room and bathroom. Sometimes there was warmer outside than it was inside. Also there were some problems with water. It was warm, not hot, and for a tiny period of time which was not enough to have shower. Besides water pressure was very poor.

Very beautiful house with a stunning view. Friendly and kind host. Comfortable parking place at the territory. Perfect location to explore various cities. Spacious room. And no time limit for breakfast that takes place at the comfy dinning room. Well-equipped kitchen that is allowed to use.

Il Pozzo is located in a remote hamlet (ca. 1 km right below the hill of the old town area part of Sinalunga) and its surrounding countryside is marvellous. The B&B in itself is very well equipped in a traditional country style. The owners/hosts (Miss Aurora and her parents) are very friendly and accommodating. In addition, Miss Aurora has a good command of English; and on the top of that, when talking to her you can feel that her approach to her/their guests is not only professional friendly but it is coming from the bottom of her heart.

Lovely family run B'n'B in the outskirts of Sinalunga. Large room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Aurora who welcomed us was very thorough in explaining everything and giving eating out recommendations.
