I have worked in the hotel business for 2 years and never have i experienced such a bad receptionist. She was not welcoming at all. She explained NOTHING to us not even the wifi or anything. When i asked where the room was she looked at me like i was dumb at jusst pointed to the elevator with a stiff face and said “there” . Not costumer service in any way. We always choose Radisson but she was not radisson standard. We checked in late evening the 3. May Another thing: Parking cost money, could have been in the price when the location is so far away from the city

The room wasn't cleaned the second day. I did not like the fact that we should have to request housekeeping. Furthermore, the two single beds for a couple were just sliding apart. That did not make for a comfortable stay. We couldn't also change the programme's on the TV. We were stuck with just one channel. Finally, the intercom did not work and even though I complained at the front desk, it was not fixed.

Location is a bit outside the city. You need to walk up and down to and from bus station/metro station (which can be tricky if you’re with kids and luggage).

Room was spacious. Airport bus comes exactly at the door of the hotel. Upon request, allowed us to check in early.

It is very hard to find any drawbacks. If I were about to complain, I would say that the lift wasn't functioning properly sometimes, and there was a leakage in a shower cabin. At the second day of our visit room key stopped working and we had to encode it again.

The room and lobby was spacious and with the great design. There were the electric switch and socket near my bed. The hotel offered a various amount of additional amenities such as kettle, coffe, tea, hot chocolate, iron, dryer. Location was also good (8 minutes from metro station and bus stop. The city centre was 15-20 minutes far from hotel). To be honest, that was the best quaility to price ratio

We booked a room for 2 people and got two single beds with no possibility to have double bed. If you want a double bed make sure you don't book a standard room. There was towels for only 1 person at arrival, we stayed for 2 nights and didn't get ANY room cleaning, also there was no signs to hang out on the door asking for it. No space to hang clothes, poor lightning in the room. About the location: is close to Oslo center by car but the parking ISN'T FREE , which I think is outrageous that a guest has to pay for parking in a hotel. And to go around in public transport isnt easy, the closest tram line is about 10min away walking uphill. Busstopp is far and not easy to find. Takes about 35min to get to the center if doing by public transport. Breakfast is good, standard norwegian/English options but if not included it coast 390kr for 2 people. That's a bit much in my opinion. Definitely not a hotel I'm coming back!

The room was very warm despite the fact that the weather outside was quite good, making it difficult to sleep specially gven the fact that the duvet in the room is very heavy. The safe in the room also didn't work, it wouldn't lock and it's door hing was broken. Also the shower head holder in the bathroom was very loose and thus the shower head would keep falling on the ground. The clothing iron table was dusty and there was no fridge in the room

The room was clean, the hotel is near a supermarket, a bus stop and a metro.

The hotel seemed understaffed and the staff who were there were not the most attentive, but I got what I needed so all’s well that ends well. It is true that the metro stop is located close to the hotel (5 min walk), but the metro runs pretty infrequently and the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so it takes 30-45 minutes to get into the city center using public transportation. It’s definitely doable and not the most inconvenient, but timing is everything. Also, the door to my room did not lock on the inside, and I thought the shower could have been hotter and had better water pressure. Again, still not awful.

The hotel was generally very clean — although I smelled smoke many times while I was on the property, including in elevators. The bed was super comfortable, my room was spacious, and I got complimentary drinking water.

Shower head was defect Only decaf coffee Shutter outside window was down, so there was no view and room rather dark inside Upon arrival I couldn’t open the door of the room with the key and had to go down to the reception to get that fixed -Its so often that Radisson hotels have small failures that are easily prevented and could thus give them a higher general satisfaction score.

What I did not like about the accommodation is that the safe is in a hidden place and I could not find it at first. The accommodation was good with breakfast and the cleanliness of the place. But there was a small problem, The room cleaning lady came and cleaned the room and I did not know because I was out and left some things in the room, including my phone charger. It was on a table and the room cleaner took it. I do not know why he took it, but he should have put it back in its place, but he did not do this and I needed it. To borrow a charger from the information desk, but in the future I must respect this thing because it is important to me and to all visitors to the hotel, and because of this I said the safe’s location is hidden and I could not find the safe. At first I had left my things in a safe but it was too late, but for me I don’t want to. Thank you.

Breakfast was very tasty and breakfast menu was very big, we were surprised. Location was nice and easy to find. Room was clean and spacious enough for our baby to move around. We really enjoyed warm floor in the bathroom. After long drive, comfortable beds felt like heaven.

Prices for breakfast and you could do some nice price for parking a car in garage. I though that breakfast is included in the room rate, 449 kr for 1 adult and 1 child is way too expensive. Other then that everything was great.

Staff was very helpful especially receptionist with the check-in.
