The saunas in the spa at the Holiday club are quite tired and need some repairs.

Snow conditions were great and its quite convenient to get to the lifts. Skiing and apres ski were excellent. We enjoyed the pools at the Holiday club. Breakfast was very good and the room was OK. Storage room was good for luggage. There are lots of nearby restaurants.

Kids club is a great thing at the hotel. Good swimming pool and friendly staff. views are great...jut a very nice place

AC on all the time it made the air in the room unbearably dry. There no controls for it, it's on 24/7 made it really hard to breath. I had to go out and buy saltwater nasal spray just to get by. The rooms them selves are tried, doesn't quite justify their price imo. One of the bed side lamps in my kids room was falling apart which was quite dangerous, our shower had a botched curtain afixed to it to replace the broken siding door. There's a lot of noise of people walking from the corridors nothing is sound damped so its pot luck if you end up in a room where you have people running around outside or walking around in ski boots at all hours (this could be fixed if they added a 2nd door into the room between the bathroom. The breakfasts have gone downhill by a long way very basic very heap but they did have (oat milk so my wife was happy)

I've stay here 5 times over the last 10years. This year with took two rooms and our kids. I like that there is a lot of things you'll need under one roof so no need to bundle up just to go somewhere (if you use the sky bridge to get to the shops). If you have kids then its really the best place. Lake view is great

The spa, pool and mini golf area are deteriorating year on year. Such a shame to see these areas aren’t being looked after.

Children in sauna area. Kids had plenty of pool area however in the sauna area they were playing and jumping in quiet pool running in and out of saunas

Close to town. Beautiful breakfast and fire place. Pools were great and I loved the sauna however I do not think the sauna area should be for children. It spoiled the relaxation kids jumping in pool and running in and out of saunas. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Gym was fantastic

The season sauna, some showers were broken and little kids (and adults) run around in the pools in the season sauna. I didn’t like that very much just because we tried to relax but there was screaming and yelling and water going everywhere. But otherwise it was fine and a nice environment

Breakfast was complete chaos. Not enough space for people to queue for food. Going to either of the restaurants for dinner was a nightmare as had to book a time in the morning and could wait quite a while for food. Our shower water leaked on the floor and the bathroom was quite dirty.

Room wasnt very clean, cleaning schedule is horrible (room was cleaned after 3pm when we were returning from hikes) Hotel is full of kids so take that into consideration. If you want peace and quiet, choose something else. If you travel with kids, its 10/10.

Perfect location, nice room, helpful staff. Hotel has everything you need. Perfect value to money ratio!

My pillow was too low and with two pillows it was too high. So I had a neck pain in the morning. Also it was too warm in room for sleeping. I couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down so I was sleeping with an open window. I usually like to sleep at +13c.

The room looked like it hadn’t had a thorough clean for a while just very surface level, but this didn’t impact our stay and we would definitely book again.

Fantastic location adjacent to the train station with linked walk ways right in the centre of town. v convenient! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are epic!

We traveled by train and the location for that is great. But we did mostly cross country skiing, then the location wasent that great. So we would appreciate a bus from HC instead of walking to cabinbanan.

We had booked a familyroom. The main bed was very good, but the sleepingcouch was horrible to sleep in. Also when we arrived we had to make our own bed on the couch, and when you book a room for four people you would expect it to be done.

Breakfast was good. Many things to do on site, for the kids.
