“Lovely hotel, in the chalet style with wood and fire places everywhere. We were warmly welcomed by the people at the reception and the food at the restaurant was awesome (both breakfast and dinner). Last but not least, the sauna was a big plus.”
“We stayed in a cabin at Holiday Club Are, and it was fantastic. Really well equipped and comfortable, a great place to stay after a long day skiing, or a night of partying. Situated just next to the lake, the views of the mountain and water / frozen water are beautiful.
Each cabin has it's own sauna!
The hotel itself offers loads of other amenities, such as Sauna World and the waterpark, a breakfast club, it has it's own Pressbyrån, shops and a hairdressers... an O'learys bar with minigolf... Most of these facilities I never got a chance to use, but it's great they are all there for you.
The hotel is literally right next to the train station too, so arriving on the overnight train was very easy.”
“Breakfast very good, big selection of cold and warm dishes. Room suitable for the family with kids. There is even a curtain dividing the room in two. Bathroom well equipped and clean. In the room on the lake side, a very nice view. In the same building, there is a possibility to play bowling and there is a swimming pool. In the village, there is a lot of good restaurants.”
“The central location is obviously a big plus. Even after getting to the hotel tired in the evening we could stil go out for a drink with minimal effort.”
“The location is good for skiers as there is a direct conection from 4th flor to the ski lift and ski piste. Going into the city takes about 15 minutes downhill walk (and return uphill). The appartment is resonably spatious and has a well equipped kitchen. The owner gave us extensive instructions on how to get the keys, how to get to the appartment etc. however the communication was only by email / text messages in the app.”
“Location was great for skiing straight onto the slopes. Atmosphere was great for the apres bar and then nice and relaxing in the evenings. We took the half board option and the food was excellent with different meals every night and the staff were always smiling and friendly.”
