Breakfast spread is quite limited compared to our last hotel in Midtown. But I guess it’s fine since we don’t look for heavy breakfast anyway.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walk to Wall Street, subway and ferry station. There are also a number of good restaurants, delis and pharmacies around the corner. Being able to do laundry during your stay is also a plus!

The breakfast was below par and the price / quality ratio was poor. I had breakfast only once in the hotel and afterwards used cafés in the neighborhood.

Every time we turned the tv off when we turned it back on the cable was gone. They fixed it, but we ended up having to leave it on all day and night.The room was small. Lots of dust on the door to the bathroom!

The afternoon front desk young lady was Awesome! The location was great! Very close to the subway, ferry, walking distance to restaurants, 9/11 Memorial. We would definitely stay there again.

You did have to ask for towels or housekeeping. They changed everything everyday. Very clean and quiet. I loved happy hour too

A bit noisy around there at night though maybe shouldn't have opened the window. Didn't try breakfast or bar.

Location was excellent easy access to the subways such as Red 1 or 2, yellow and green and the other point is going to the elis island (statue of liberty) is very easy to get ferry from this hotel, walkable distance to the ferry station highly recommended whoever visiting to NYC

There was maintenance work going on right outside the hotel. In Uber as well the location was not shown. The corridors connecting the rooms are a bit cramped.

Location is really close to the battery park subway station and to the entry point of ferry towards statue of liberty. The staff were really nice.

The location is away from all the action of NYC which could be a plus or minus depending on your needs. Nothing near by but Staten Island Ferry. I don't think housekeeping ever cleaned the shower/tub my entire stay. It was noticeably dirty. The shower head has pink mold (which denotes not regularly cleaned), the shower curtain could use a swap as well. Probably the most frustrating thing is the sinks and showers drain extremely slow. By the time you let the water warm for a couple of minutes you will enjoy your shower standing in a foot of water. It takes at least 20 mins to drain, so there is no such thing as a quick shower.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The pantry was clutch to have onsite. The on-site restaurant staff were very kind and helpful as well. Being able to obtain bottled water from front desk upon request was an added bonus. There are several bars/local eateries and a Walgreen's within walking distance. The room refresh was quick and timely without too many reminders.

Shower has bad water pressure. No hooks for coats available in the room and it was a problem on a rainy day. The hotel has a housekeeping issue: common areas are dirty, there is no daily room cleaning - we only found it out after coming into the unserviced room one afternoon, one day we didn't get any towels at all and had to call three times until someone brought them. USB-socket and the spotlight didn't work.

Comfy beds, our request for a quiet room was met, breakfast, nice area to stay.

The bathroom floods after any shower, very noisy hotel every night after 11 we heard some moaning we dont care but with kids can be an issue. The hotel does not have parking.

Great location at Manhattan near close to Wall St. easy acess to subway and ferry. The restaurant have a nice and affordable menu and front desk really helpful.

Room not cleaned every day, and had to call reception to charge the coffee sachets. Hot was limited for shower most of the times.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant. Her first question to us is have you been here before? We answer, no. This is our first time to this hotel. Then she ask do you understand English?? Hey, aren't we answer you in English? Are you racist just because we look like Chinese? What sort of questions is this?
