Great location, walking distance from Disney Springs. Shuttles to the parks. The room are basic but clean. Nice swimming pool and a hot-tub.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept and is close to Disney Springs. Shuttle bus to the parks is a plus!

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Within easy walking distance of Disney Springs. Very nice breakfast buffet offered and the food was tasty but a little pricey for a hotel breakfast imo. The pool and spa were very nice and open late which is great when coming back from walking all day in the parks. I would stay here again for sure.

All the fees that you have to pay could be better disclosed. The breakfast was good but expensive we were 4 people and only got 2 tickets for breakfast each day.

We had to go downstairs 3x during a 5 night stay to ask for coffee. We kept getting decaffeinated or no coffee capsule refills from cleaning staff. It was a bit painful to drag ourselves to reception to ask for coffee refills when tired. That was really our only negative I would recommend if you stay here and plan to drink the coffee to check for capsules as soon as you get back to avoid surprises in the morning

Be aware they will charge you extra for “resort status” and daily parking($23 and $38), and it is not in the main price per night. The bus shuttle to the parks are suppose to be included, however you need the confirmation email or text to board on the day of the park trip. We reserved the shuttle the day before in the afternoon, and never got the confirmation, so ended up driving myself to the park and paying some more 🙄. Met another family with small children that also went throughout the same. The Holiday inn hotel counter could not help with this and does not have a list to confirm your shuttle reservation. The instructions with the code to use the shuttle bus are provided upon arrival to the hotel, so cross your fingers if you are counting on that. So to be save on that one, try to reserve for the day after. I received the reservation confirmation at the end of the day after. Also my husband could barely sleep due to some allergic reaction to something in the room( only happened as soon as he got the room) but we solved at the end with Benadryl and a cup of NyQuil( Not ideal).

Perfect Location for Dysney springs and most of parks. Comfortable , clean and spacious rooms.

Small bathroom but workable.

Great location. Easy to walk to downtown Disney, plenty of parking. Free lemonade and cookies at 4pm. 2 free drinks at the bar and coffee in the morning. Easy access to I-4 and other shopping areas. Room has a refrigerator, kcup maker and microwave.

The bathroom needed updating; shower curtain was ripped, toilet had low pressure, would have liked thermal heat lamp or vent. K cups were never refilled daily. Only supplied international delight creamer for coffee in lobby instead of milk or half and half. Bar/food service was easily overwhelmed and slow. Pool should be heated during winter months. Expected more amenities for the price.

I liked the shuttles to the theme parks. Beds were comfortable.

PAYING FOR PARKING $20 PER DAY AND THE RESORT FEES AND STATE AND COUNTY FEES ARE RIDICULOUS. THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE A SET PRICE AS WELL AND NOT INCREASE DAILY.

BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS BUT SOMEWHAT PRICEY FOR WHAT I ATE. I AM A RETIRED MILITARY AS WELL AS A IHG MEMBER BUT DID NOT GET A BREAKFAST VOUCHER. I ALSO FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY $20 PER DAY FOR PARKING, THE STATE AND COUNTY TAXES AND REORT FEES SHOULD BE ENOUGH. THE ROOM RATE WENT UP EACH NIGHT AND SHOULD BE A SET FEE FOR MILITARY AND VETERANS.
