Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no safe box in rooms
Location: Perfect 8/10, although it is somewhat close to basic needs, you need a car if you stay in Orlando or use sharing apps etc. Check-in & out: Nice and smooth 10/10. Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10 Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok. 9/10 Wi-Fi: Flawless 10/10 Security: 10/10 Breakfast: We liked it, better than most local standards, 9/10 Overall: our experience was 9/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the hotel, always during our visit to the Orlando parks. There are several others in the same category nearby and we chose this one because our daughter always enjoyed the special breakfast waffles in the shape of Mickey Mouse's head. Unfortunately, this year after+ the breakfast menu has improved, but the waffles are just plain shaped and so we will have to try our luck at a similar other hotel in the area next year

We had to reject the first two rooms because they smelled horrible. First room was an overwhelming stench of dirty feet, mold and vinegar. The second room was an overwhelming smell of dog urine. The third room was perfect. But!!! I don’t know that I want to deal with having to go through several room changes the next visit. We have 3 visits booked through the year and may switch hotels bc of this .
Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast and very pleased with the access to a Peloton.

The air con in the room was too cold even when it was turned off. That was all we could find fault with.
The rooms were spotless and serviced everyday. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. The universal shuttle bus was great.

Breakfast was decent but not great. They changed it up everyday. Some items were great but others not so much and could have more cereal varieties to cater to younger crowd

The room we were assigned had a ac issue not working properly. It was at capacity but the manager was able to still send us to another room that worked great.

They did not have Netflix and YouTube on the TV. This was a standard on the other Home2 hotels we stayed last week.
Clean convenient location. I like that they had 3 waffle machines at the breakfast area.

Unfortunately only one elevator was working. We were told with the amount of rain they got the day we arrived somehow got to one of the elevators wires. We just had to wait a small amount of time longer and was not a big deal at all.
Was nice and clean. Had great work out room and a good variety of food for breakfast. All the people working at front desk always friendly and had a smile to greet you with

The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in till the moment we left . They gave us advice on fun things to do in the area and even held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could go shopping before our flight . Wish it was warm enough so we could go into the pool . It looked soooo tempting
