Locations and welcoming staffs. Especially bellboy Mr. Jose and front staff Mr. Daniel are so memorable! They were always kind and gentle to my special requests. Than you very much, APPRECIATE!

Fridge was on its last leg, renovation plastic covering window was scraping and rattling all night. Very noisy neighbors late into the night.

I liked the central location without necessarily being in the middle of Broadway. Easy access to Macy's, Empire State Building and many metro lines

I didn't like that after booking a Queen room (with very flattering pics on site) I got the smallest room, double bed, with small shower, noisy AC, on first rooms floor (floor 3), no view, noise and scaffoldings literally on my window, and someone walking near it. I asked to be upgraded @ HiltonHonors rate and they agreed, so it get better, but originally I would have been very unhappy with the choice.

Liked the location. design of the hotel, services were good and quick, room size and layout were good and king bed was more than comfortable ( for the upgraded room only. The Queen/double was poor)

The only thing I was not happy with is that the rooms were on the small side. There was no proper closet in my queen room.

The location was amazing - a very short walk from Times Square and with lots of shops and activity nearby- and the staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel has a modern, fresh vibe.

The description of what was available for the room did not correspond with what we got. They updated us but still it was not what the site at booking said we had. Breakfast that was pre-paid only gives us few choices, so after 3 days it was kind of boring and quite limited. The hotel charges an extra $40 US dollars a day that was not explained at the booking moment. You can deduce it on your lunch and dinner but then you are stocked using their limited menu at the restaurant. We used their service of a car to go to the JFK. The driver charged us more than what was arranged at the hotel and said that we could pay by credit card and then charged us an extra $10 for doing the charge!

We booked 2 bedroom for 4 people. when we came there the front desk told us that the bed will be too small for 2 people, so we needed to upgrade the room with extra cost, it was very unfair when we reserved for 2 in each room and thought it will be comfortable for us.

Rooms are somewhat small but most in NYC are.

We missed the breakfast but were able to use a lunch which was a surprise and good. The location was fabulous and the staff was so helpful.

We were not comfortable in the beds. It might have been a personal preference, but we just had a hard time sleeping.

Not enough air extractions in the room. Maybe couple of table needs to be installed at the entrance avoiding everybody having their breakfast on the sofas.

The food was subpar. It was just plain and the service was OK to pour. Coffee wasn’t hot and we didn’t want to go there again and we didn’t the little café. Serve us coffee and pastries but the breakfast sandwiches we bought were burnt and not fully heated up and we could’ve even eat them. We just threw them out so I wouldn’t recommend the food at your hotel to be honest.

It was convenient there was no weight and that’s all. We really liked about it.

Location is amazing! Decent size room. The lobby is modernish but rooms are dated. Good size bathrooms. Staff are really nice too that serve food downstairs

Check in and out was a bit cumbersome

7 people travelled and we had 3 rooms. All rooms were great. Shower pressure was excellent, bathrooms were clean and a good size and beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, the breakfast great and service top class.

Wet carpet in front of the door of the restroom. Very inconvenient. I think that some water is leaking from the water pipes.
